The front table lady's attitude is horrible. I went there twice and the first time I had the guy there do my nails and he did and okay job, but didn't give me the shape I asked for. So when I went back I had the lady that's sits front left when you walk in and she did a good job, but when I asked her to shape them more(when I thought it was an appropriate time, before any polish was added) and she huffed and puffed and shook her head at me, like I just asked for free gold or something. And then she was "upset" with me the rest of the appointment. When she was doing the top coat she was going so fast that there were bubbles everywhere, and when I asked her to redo one(I asked before it went in the light and she said it was fine) well, it wasn't fine. It was full of a patch of bubbles and when I asked her to please fix it, she started talking in her language and I do know that the way she was saying it, it wasn't anything nice. And she told me that my cuticles need lotion and she didn't even add lotion or oil to my hands after I paid over $70 for a FILL!!! Then out of desperation, I went there and tried to give them one more chance and she's sitting there on her phone and I had called ahead and asked if someone was available to do my nails and when I got there, she told me to take a seat and she left and went somewhere in the back without telling me, someone will be with you shortly or I'll be back in a few minutes. I'm sick of her attitude and I would never recommend anyone go there ever unless you want people to talk bad about you in their language right in front of your face and not give you what you want when you ask for it, when you are paying for it, and give you dirty looks. I wish I didn't tip at all last time. I wish I could get my tip back. That's how bad it was and she had the audacity to act like I should've tipped her more than 20%. Needless to say I just walked out of there and wrote this review because of how horrible they treat their customers. read more

An overpriced nail salon where the owners beg you to write a review. They provide facials, however they charge more than the average Spa. I'm not even sure if the person doing the facials is an esthetician or rather not they just picked this up as something additional to offer at this nail salon. The hours are very limited as they are only open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. with no Sunday hours available. This can be a challenge for the working woman. They advertise that they use all natural products and attempt to sell the products to you at a very high market value. There are only three individuals employed at this nail salon, therefore you were more than likely experience a wait time. The prices are comparable for nail services with other salons in the area. I would really have to be pretty desperate to use this Salon again. The owner seemed to have a take-it-or-leave-it attitude. read more

I'm assuming the two people working together are the owners of the shop. The man was my technician and was very friendly. He did exactly as I asked and provided great service. The woman didn't say a word and played with her phone until the next customer entered. She seemed friendly with that customer. A third guest arrived just as I moved to the drying area so I cannot attest for clean up of the spa tub. Overall, the facility looks well kept. I'll come back to this one. read more

My mom and I wanted to try out a different nail salon to do our nails so we looked up this place and decided to try it out. And once we walked in, their customer service was already atrocious. We were not nicely greeted and one of the ladies was talking very low. I could not understand what she was saying and I asked her if she could repeat herself. She then gave us attitude and STILL spoke low. The guy there had asked what we wanted and we specified that we wanted two regular full sets and one pedicure. The guy had left somewhere and one of the ladies quickly gave service to my mom, and I had to wait 30 min for someone to assist me. The guy had came back and started to work on my nails. And I did not see him wash his hands before assisting me. After a while, he had asked me if I wanted gel and I had politely declined since I already had told them I wanted regular acrylics. He kept trying to persuade me into getting gel and why. (as if I didn't already know what gels are). I had told him that I've done gel before but I choose to not do it at this very moment. On top of that, I asked him to cut my nails shorter because I can't work with long nails, and he looked at me and sucked his teeth. Apparently that made him mad and he started to sigh heavenly, yanked my hands and cut me while he was drilling my nails. I was very uncomfortable and bothered that he would do such thing, all because I declined his offer. I asked him if he was okay after his unprofessional behavior and he laughed and asked me why I asked him that question. A couple seconds later, my mom had told me that the lady assisting her did not put primer on her nails before coating it with liquid and powder. The guy assisting me had asked his coworker if that was true. The lady stated that she did even though my mom did not see her pull out the primer. Despite that she had missed the most important step, my mom let her continue. Out of anger, the lady had cut off too much of her cuticles and that's when my mom had told her she did not like the way she was doing her nails. The lady started speaking her language to the guy and they were giving us ugly faces. Another lady had asked my mom if she could fix it. Obviously my mom said yes because she did not want to walk out with unfinished nails. So then they proceeded, and the lady that had gave my mom horrible service had an attitude the whole time. She was aggressively grabbing her nail products and slamming them. The guy that was doing my nails was purposely trying to hurt me by twisting my fingers and aggressively yanking my hands once again. The lady that offered to fix my moms nails was also yanking her hands as if she wanted to get back at her for complaining about her coworker. I could feel the tension in the room!! Our nails turned out to be horrible! The nail shape wasn't done right and the nail polish weren't painted throughly so you could see the strikes. It's like they were rushing us out of there. After we paid, we tipped them and told them thank you even after the ridiculous service and they looked at us wrong and told us thank you in a disgusting manner. These people are money hungry and don't care about their clients. I've gotten regular acrylic so many times without a problem, I don't know what was their issue. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend. I will not be returning. read more

Today , I treated myself to my first facial. I enjoyed every moment. The facial expert ( Nancy) was exceptional. My face feel clean and refreshed. She recommended I try the collagen serum and I am glad I did. I can tell the difference in my eyes and forehead- especially under my eyes. The cooling treatment was an added plus. Also, the neck and shoulder massage was the icing on the cake. I would have paid for that alone. I am anticipating my next facial. Thank you!!! read more

Rude customer service! I was at the DMV with a friend and decided to get a quick polish change on my toes which cost ($12) btw and the lady was automatically aggravated I even wanted just that. When I asked to cut my nails down that seemed to make her attitude far worse. I would never recommend going here and wasting your time nor money!! It's really not worth it. read more

I had been there twice and the first time she called the cops on some lady that was trying on nail polish colors which was just ridiculous. Then the second time I went my polish had chipped on the second day of going there and instead of doing it for free they decided to charge me for it and there was polish all over my toes they didn't even use a Qtip or anything to clean it. She threatened me as well when I told her the person did a horrible job and she said I still had to pay. Horrible customer Service!! It was obvious they were pissed that all I had was a polish change and not a full pedicure so they were trying to pull money out of me from somewhere for one damn nail they charged $5.00 for a polish change!! I've been going to Crystal Nails for about a year now. I have never had any problem up until today. The service that I received today has caused me to write this review and never return for further service. Recently they hired a new gentleman and that is who was assigned to do a full french tip set on my hands. The gentleman was highly inexperienced and caused me a lot of pain throughout the process. While using the drill he sanded the skin off of 3 of my finger and did not apologize, just kept going. My nails themselves are the worst I have ever seen them. The acrylic is way too thick, the french tip takes up more than half my nail and they aren't even smooth or straight! I asked him to redo them and he did so, but the second time looks just as bad as the first. This is not the part that really frustrated me though. The thing that got me is that Nancy (the manager) looked at them. She is the one who did the top coat because another client came in and needed a pedicure. She did nothing! She acted like they were perfectly fine and it was acceptable to allow me to leave her facility with my hands looking like this. Don't get me wrong, I have had very good service and manicures from this facility and I have also had some that weren't very good, but I have never had one that made my fingers look worse when they were finished than they did when I walked in until today. I am so disappointed because it is hard to find a good salon that remembers you when you walk in, but unfortunately I will have to find another one, because I have no respect for an establishment that allows clients to leave disapointed. read more
