I was surprised at how great this place was! I almost never get my nails done. But, my mother and niece and I had a girls day. I got a manicure with gel polish ($28), niece got gel polish with a bunch of art ($25) and my mom got a traditional pedicure with hot stone massage ($30!). Everyone was pleasant. They were very busy but didn't rush any of the services. Lots of workers. Very clean. There were a couple of walk-ins and they had said about a 30-40 min wait, so I would suggest calling ahead for an appointment (I did a few days prior). Saturdays are of course very busy. So I've been coming to this nail salon for a few years and it was always hit or miss if you got a good person or not or if they cut you or not and then I thought I found a good nail tech when Linda would do my nails, but after my last visit, I will never go back there!!! She cut me so bad that I was bleeding for minutes to where she had to put the blood stop on me two times and she didn't even offer me any kind of discount, she made it seem like she wasn't even sorry and in a rush for my whole appointment. She didn't give me what I wanted at all and made it seem like if I made a complaint, she couldn't do anything to fix it. So now numerous people have cut me and were rude and disrespectful, so the environment is super unfriendly and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever again. I actually did recommend it to a few friends and everyone has been disappointed. I had a friend that recently went there and had an appointment with Linda and when she showed up, Linda said she was busy and no one would accommodate her after she drove half an hour to get there. I've went to this establishment before and not sure why I even returned. The first time I went was to get a pedicure and I left with white polish around my toe nails on a few (so messy). Today I get here at 3:43 PM and there are 4 workers 2 ladies and 2 men who don't even have customers and other workers doing pedi's. I was not acknowledged for the first 5 mins of me walking in the door and just standing there so I'm like hellooooo eventually. I was asked then what did I need and I asked for a full set and one of the girls replies were to "come back Monday" . I came here because of the reviews. Was very disappointed liked the fact that they had the plastic wrap in the foot soak. The guy hat did my pedi mani had no personality. They did not turn on or give me the control for the massage in the chair. But yet I saw them doing it for other customers. He started to do the calluses on one of my feet. I came here because the reviews were fairly nice. I got a pedi and mani. My pedi went fine until I got to my mani. When I came in I ask for dip. The man who did my nails started to cut my nails really low and then proceed to to take out fake nails. I told him I just want dip I don't want fake nails. He was like ooo I didn't know, I already cut you nails low. He still proceed to go back and forth about the fake nails after I explained to him the first time, I didn't want fake nails. Eventually, I just had him put the nails on, he said he was not charging me for the tips. He cut my middle finger as well as my index finger. I started bleeding. I told him he cut me. I love this place. Technicians are very good, prices are affordable, and they do everything possible to keep wait times short for walk ins. My only complaint is that they put Fox News on one of their televisions which is inappropriate to me. I have considered not going back for that reason. Really didn't enjoy my time here, I sat with my feet in water for quite a while before my pedicure began. My pedicure was okay, but my nails made me want to cry. The owner did them and he did a terrible job shaping them, they were all different shapes. The SNS was so sloppy and you could see the file marks that were left behind due to excessive filing. The SNS also lifter around the cuticle in less than a day. Definitely won't be back. read more

Very clean, very busy place. We made a reservation for noon for manicures and pedicures. Despite our reservation, we waited a long time. Unfortunately I was assigned to a very distracted manicurist who was sloppy with my manicure and managed to cut two of my toes (big toe and second toe- see photo) during my pedicure. What was supposed to be a relaxing vacation experience turned out rather disappointing. Thank goodness the place is so clean, because all I could focus on once she cut me, was the potential for contacting disease through my open wounds. My pedicure was really good! ( except that she filed my skin on one toe until I sad ouch) the rest was really nice. They didn't listen to me about my nails at all. I wanted them almond shaped, I got round. They asked me if I wanted them cut down and then didn't cut them down. My thumb nail is too wide its not gonna hold.
