I have been going to this salon having Lily do my nails for awhile now and they use to be reasonable in price, great customer service etc... but lately it has been terrible. Lily seems to be in a big hurry all the time, does not listen to what you want and is too busy either on her phone watching shows or laughing and joking with other staff members. Yesterday I went in to have her repolish a chipped nail and after she put the polish on the color did not match. It was an obvious brighter shade. I told her that didn't match and asked her if she had time to just repolish all of them as I am going on vacation, and she got very argumentative and rude with me and said "You want me to repolish all 10, what color do you want"? When I told her the same as the one she just polished and said I would pay for a repolish she said "No, that one matches, it is OK". You would think she would be happy to redo them from a customer service standpoint as well as making some additional money. The new shop manager was there and they were on their phones and all talking about the situation in their language but did not offer to make it right. I ended up just walking out and will NOT be back, I will be looking for another shop that cares about their customers and better quality of work for the $!00+ per month I spend. read more

I am visiting my sister from the northeast and needed a dip manicure. I had been in Walmart a few days earlier and saw the salon so called them and was able to get an appointment within an hour. I've been getting dip manicures for over 2 years, so I knew the dip procedure step by step. Peter did an amazing job! He did exactly what my manicurist does and did it quickly and professionally, and with a sense of humor! The salon was very busy and many clients were greeted by their first names. It appears that this salon has many regulars and that's a good sign! The staff was friendly and the vibe was good. Would definitely return!! read more

I go to this location anytime I'm not out of town. I had Brian do my nails. He was too rough. I'm diabetic and worry about cuts on my feet. I know he went too far, since, not only did it hurt and I told him, but it burned when he put the alcohol on. I will have to start specifically asking for one of the people there, or go elsewhere. Typically I am very happy there, but when you ask them not to use the dremel and they do it anyway....forget it! read more

Horrible experience on my day there, I spent 3 hours there just to leave with a badly done set and cry up cuticles. I went in for both a pedicure and manicure. They started off with my pedi and to cut my skin in the process of removing my dead cuticle. Moving on to my full set acrylics I asked for a long coffin set and the person doing my nails cut up my fingers with his mechanical file. I was about ready to tell him I was leaving before he even painted my nail. But I stayed.... He proceeds to paint my nails with gel polish. Starts off good but as he starts painting the white on my nails I place one hand under the UV lamp. Once I take my right hand out I can see that three of my polished nails are wrinkled and he takes my hand and files the paint off my nails leaving my nails in pain and very red. Point is I paid $96 for a half assed painful set. read more

Went to get my nails done here for french tips. You would think it would be easy for a nail technician but it was horrible she did awful. She also cut me multiple times and even proceded to do so when i told her to take the design off and just do a solid color. It's was a disappointment all together I left unhappy and had to pay $53 for the ugliest nails of my life. Would never go there again read more

I have been there three times. The first time was ok, pedicure could have been better but fine. The second for a gel manicure. The guy did a great job last two weeks, no lifting, courteous. The 3rd and final time Tina did my nails. She did one coat of gel. Within 3 days the gel is lifting, nails are splitting and I have never in 5+ years have my nails splitting with gel nails. I called and asked for them to re-do my nails properly. I was advised they could fix the ones that lifted, but not the ones that split because "that's not their problem" If you had done your job properly I wouldn't be here. The rating would have been a 3 if they would have said come in and we will fix. But because of the lack of courtesy, attitude, and demeanor, they are lucky I leave it at 2. No, I will not return there. There are many other nail places and I hope better service. read more

This place is horrible, the convenience of having it in Walmart was great although the service was not the best. They worked on my daughters nails so fast they gave her so much anxiety when she came out of there she was in tears having a panic attack. They used a color that she didn't even want. She was so unhappy with the way her nails turned out and the price she ended up having to pay. Because they charge for every little thing. She's only 16 years old and this experience was horrible while they were doing her nails they were all eating not even understanding that while you're working? The whole experience was Rush rush rush rush rush and there wasn't even anybody waiting. Needless to say she just wants to tear these nails off. Bad customer service not nice people. Since Regal Nails opened at Walmart I have received many pedicures. Today, 7/03/17, I received a pedicure by Tina. It was the best ever. She paid strict attention to what she was doing,did not chat with others as some do or look around to see what others are doing or saying. The finished product was excellent. I would advise anyone going to Regal Nails for a pedicure to make an appointment and request Tina. read more
