I strongly recommend to have your painting project by S-team painting. We just had living room painting by their crew. Vicente and Robert showed up as promised time. We need drywall texture and painting. They did a great job in a half day. Even it wasn't a huge job Luis (Supervisor) helped me from the getting a quote until completion of the job. Wilvert came out to quote drywall patchwork we needed done after installing a tub/wall combo kit in guest bath. We also needed to get a medicine cabinet removed and the hole patched up as well. It was a small job to get someone out but he got someone out right away to do the job. In fact, 3 guys showed up, probably more than what was needed, but regardless they were fast, super clean, did a great job, and left with our bathroom ready to be painted. Bought a home that needed some interior work done. Carlos from S-Team came out and gave an estimate of painting, popcorn removal, caulking and re-texturing of the whole house with a totally fair price. I got estimates from others that quoted me $5-10k more for the exact same amount of work. In addition, S-Team also took care of re-glazing my two showers and installed two new bathroom vanities with granite tops. I thought I would have to go to other vendors for these services, because other painter companies did not provide these options. He estimated 3 weeks of work, but completed it all in 2.5 weeks. 1250 Sq ft home and it was not a simple re-paint, I gave them a lot of work. The team who worked on my house were super friendly. I would ask for a few pieces of wood to be also painted for me to install after they leave, and they happily did it for me. Make sure you tell them in detail from the start what you want done and get it written, and they took care of all my wants & concerns. I would highly recommend them, especially since I have tried different painters in other cities as well to help with family homes, and I wish I could have a team like this to help me there too.
