I reviewed OnTime Transportation back in 2022 when I was a first time customer. At that time, the…read moreservice was so good that I gave them five stars. So I'm back to re-review! I have been using OnTime Transportation ever since 2022 and have found them to be the best and most reliable car service I have ever used. Pick up at home has always been on time or early. The drivers are happy to move and handle luggage. I have had pick ups both at SFO and at Pier 27 in San Francisco - I call when I'm on the curb and the wait time for the car to arrive is within 10 minutes. The drivers have had no issues with late flight arrivals and always arrange to be there whenever the plane has landed. The cars are always clean and well maintained and passenger comfort is always the focus. Billing and tips are handled via email invoice, which helps with busy airport drop offs - no hassling with cards on cash for payment when getting to the plane on time is the many worry for the day. Drop offs are always right to the airline and entry door that is most efficient. Roger is the owner and he is dedicating to providing excellent service. Over the years I think we have become good friends. He is well versed in current news and events and conversations with him during the rides are always engaging and make the ride time go by quickly. When I call for a reservation, if Roger doesn't answer immediately, he gets back to me within 10 minutes. He confirms pick ups the day before. He is willing to go out of his way to fulfill service requests. He's the best! Between the great staff, great owner and great service, I highly recommend OnTime Transportation. Knowing that this is a locally owned business just adds to its excellence. Thanks, Roger!

They should be named Flat Tire Transportation…read more Signed these guys up for transportation from Brentwood to SFO. Leaving in June, getting back in July. I've used them before with no problem. The night we were leaving, we had them booked for 8:30pm. It's 8:45pm, and they still have not arrived. I called them, and Roger answered and he called the driver, and the driver said he got a FLAT TIRE and got in an accident on the road. Why didn't this driver call Roger and let him know, so he could inform us? Anyways, Roger arrived at 9:15 and took us to the airport. He did NOT honor their "less than 20 minutes late or it's free" guarantee. Pfftt!! Then, a month later, we arrive back at SFO, and they are supposed to pick us up at midnight. But instead, I get a call from Roger and SURPRISE, their vehicle had a FLAT TIRE and they cannot pick us up and we are on our own to find a ride home at midnight. Thanks!! Just wondering, what are the odds that BOTH TIMES they got a FLAT TIRE?? Pffttt!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!

A very kind company!…read more My son was turning 4 this past weekend and didn't want a party, just a ride in a "super stretch long car". My hunt for a limo service felt defeated as hardly any local companies still offered traditional limos and def wouldn't budge on 4-5hr+ minimums. I reached out to several and pleaded my case for a shorter rental and was rejected by everyone besides A1. Although they do have a minimum hour rental they made an exception to make our son's birthday wish come true. We got a great rate, perfect friendly service and one happy kid who felt SO cool on his limo ride. I'm so thankful for them for helping me make this happen and would recommend them for any special event needs. communication prior to service was top tier which I found was severely lacking with the other companies I was in contact with. Thank you again A1

The booking process was simpler than their competitors - it was clear which cars were available and what the overall cost would be without any hidden fees or surprises. On the return trip, everything was just as described in the confirmation: met at the agreed upon location, driver loaded the bags, and acted professional throughout the experience. It turns out that they were not aware of the situation like the driver had stated. They were very nice and understanding and refunded me the money we paid. There fore I think they deserve a 5 star review. The way they handled the situation showed me that they truly care about their customers. The lesson I learned is to call them directly for any inconvenience so they could assist you properly. We used this limo service for my friend's 21st birthday, and everything went great, so I decided to use it for my birthday, and honestly, I didn't like it. First off, our driver was 10 minutes late. Things happen. I get it. He went over the rules with me before getting in the SUV, and we headed out to our destination at 11 a.m., when I had scheduled to pick us up at 10:30 a.m. We arrived at our brunch reservation pretty late, but thankfully they were able to accommodate us. The only downside is that the winery that I had booked right after our brunch couldn't accommodate us any more and I got charged a 10 dollar fee for each of my guests for counseling in a short time notice. We had to find a new winery, where we could only spend a shorter amount of time than what I had originally planned because our whole trip got pushed back! On our way back, we arrived 15 minutes over the time we were supposed to be back because, again, our whole trip got pushed back! I thought that they would be understanding about the fact that our ride arrived late, but no, they were not. They charged me for those extra 15 minutes. I don't wanna blame the driver he was nice and I understand that we are human and things happen. I just didn't like how they handle the situation so I think for next time I'll be booking with a different company.
