We booked a limo with Above All Limousines during our stay in Sonoma and could not have been more pleased with the service we received. We booked the limo for six hours and had carefully chosen four wineries in the area to visit that day. Our limo driver, Jay, arrived promptly at 10am as scheduled. The limo came fully stocked with ice and plenty of glassware so we were able to make mimosas and cocktails with the liquor and mixers we brought. Jay even took on the role of "photographer" and took pictures of our group at several of the winery stops. We had him pick up lunch for us (we provided him with our order and cash) while we were touring one of the wineries. By the end of the day we were are good friends and Jay was sharing his collection of cowboy hats with our tipsy passengers! Would highly recommend Above All Limousines if you have a set destination planned, but be weary that this is not a wine tour guide. We provided our driver with the addresses of the wineries and he took us wherever we wanted to go. If you are unfamiliar with the area and are unsure of which wineries to visit I would book a wine tour group instead. read more

We booked the service for a trip to Napa and back and I must say it was the best Limo experience I've had so far. Omar was great over the phone and everything was straight forward as advertised. Our driver was a pleasant woman that was easily THE BEST driver to deal with in the Napa tour setting. I'd definitely recommend them and Ill be using them again in the future. Thanks! read more

Please be assured that this is the most reliable limo service in the Bay area. As a professional who travels quite frequently, I have used limo services to go to the airport quite often. Well, this past week, I decided to treat my girlfriend out to a night on the town for her birthday. It was a surprise birthday party and I invited another couple to help us celebrate. To make this evening special, I decided to rent a stretch Chrysler 300 from Above All Limos. I knew from the feedback here and various other places that Omar's (owner) service stood above the rest of the companies out there and I could not afford to have someone drop the ball. To say Omar "did not drop the ball" would be the understatement of the year. He delivered flawless service....to begin, Omar showed up on time, very well dressed, the car was clean and spectacular on the inside. He took a moment to explain all the features inside this beautiful stretch (see pics on Yelp), and make sure we were comfortable. We then proceeded to our destination where Omar dropped us off for dinner. When we were done with dinner, Omar was there waiting outside of his vehicle with the door open for us to climb back in....we felt like royalty at this point. Next, we headed to a local hotel for dancing. Once again, as we left the hotel, Omar was punctual and waiting right where he said he would be. Our trip home was smooth an relaxed and needless to say, my girlfriend was very happy. Do yourself a favor, take the risk and drama out of your Limo experience and go with Above All Limos....you won't be disappointed. Omar didn't even embarrass me when I was sitting on my bluetooth and kept butt-dialing him.....Very professional and highly recommended!!!!!! read more

Outstanding! I was extremely nervous about renting a limo after reading all the terrible reviews on Yelp for the various limo rental agencies in the Bay Area. I was looking for a company that consistantly got great reviews and I finally found Above All! Omar was very easy to work with, and the pricing was very fair. Our driver arrived early, and was very nice, even offered to take pictures of my friends and I in front of the limo. And the limo, wow, what can I say about the limo? Exactly how I pictured it in my mind, luxurious, comfortable, and very stylish. Our driver dropped us off but since we still had paid for more time, he told us he would stay in the area and we could call him if we wanted to go somewhere, talk about service! The next day we were picked up by the same driver in a different limo and he sent me a text message to let me know he was downstairs. Amazing service, fair pricing, mind-blowing limos, what more could you ask for out of this company? read more

Transportation is a critical element for a wedding. You need to feel secure that you will get to where you need to go at the correct time and in style. I searched Yelp for a limo company and was happy to find Above All Limousines. I have never booked a limo before, so I was a little nervous not knowing which questions to ask. Omar was very easy to deal with, and their website was also very helpful. On the day of the wedding our driver arrived on time to Foster City was courteous and had the exact directions for how to get to Burlingame. The white 10-person limo was in great condition, and the whole process was seamless. I would highly recommend Above All Limousines and plan to use them in the future. read more

Thanks to the outstanding Yelp reviews, I chose Above All Limos for my grandparents' 60th anniversary events. As I expected, the services rendered by Above All were excellent. Omar was prompt and cordial, with a great laid back attitude, I couldn've asked for a better driver! The limo itself had a white gorgeous shiny exterior with nice black leather interior, accent lights, etc. It was classy and clean and just right. The price was decent too! My family had a great time. The driver took us up the Berkeley Hills overlooking the city... the driving was steady and smooth the whole way! My grandma was normally concerned with carsickness and she was perfectly fine. I highly recommend Above All for all your limo services. Omar.. you rocked! read more

Above All the usual slimy, cheap, tardy, curt, and just plain tacky limo services out there stands Above All Limousines. We usually rent a limo for NYE so we don't have to ride BART in stillettos and sequins or wait in the cold for the cab that ain't coming anyway. Above All is the best I can remember. The reservations were easy, and the price was right. Douglas was our driver. He was early, professional, and courteous. If I ever win the lotto and hire a full-time driver, I'll be contacting Douglas. Then I can say, "Home, Douglas!" And I can guarantee he'll keep my limo stocked with Grey Poupon. read more

I've used them to get to and from SFO for a recent trip (round trip from the East Bay) and was really pleased. Omar, the driver and owner, is friendly, on-time, and professional. The stretch limo was a Chrysler 300 with a blinged-out interior (multi-colored LED lights and a mirrored divider). It was fun to travel in, and pretty comfortable too. The all-inclusive quote (tolls and tip) was competitive with other limo services, and I had a great ride both ways. Much more relaxing than driving to the airport. I'm going to use them again. Five stars. read more

I booked Above All for a 6-person wine tasting limo from SF to Napa and back. The limo was on time, had lot of ice buckets for our wine, had a clean modern interior, and the driver was friendly. I do wish that the driver knew wine country a little better. We had a half hour left and couldn't decide on any wineries close by. We ended up at Mondavi, which is fine, but we'd all been there before. Driver knowledge would have been a big bonus. Plus, we were told that if we wanted to add a person or two at the last minute (with a fee), there would be room. But the six of us plus some snacks were cramped as it was. All in all, it was a great trip. I'd definitely book them again. read more

We hired Above All Limousine for our wedding. Omar was great, but our dealings with him were limited to booking the limousine. When we made a change on the time for pick-up, Omar was prompt and efficient in confirming the change. Above All's price was reasonable for the 4-hour window that we needed their services. We had wanted Omar to be our driver, but, unfortunately, our wedding day happened to be a busy day for Above All and Omar was not able to drive us. While another driver arrived at the hotel on time and got us to and from the church and hotel promptly, he was not too helpful or friendly. He never identified himself to us. In fact, the only time he spoke was when he asked if he needed to make any more runs. He didn't offer to help the bridesmaids get into the car - even though they were carrying things and could have used a hand. He didn't even tell us anything about the drinks in the limousine. Above All is worth the money, but make sure you get Omar to drive you. It seems to make a difference. read more

Our limo driver (Omar) was great. Omar was on time and very courteous. The limo was clean and just what we were hoping for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend him for my next event. Thanks again Omar for your service! read more

This is the best limo service in the world! We booked the service online on " https://limoscanner.com/partner/1753-above-all-limousines/" for a six hours during we stay in San Francisco .Our driver Omar was very professional and pleasant. Good looking modern luxury cars and full bar with non-alcoholic beverages, water and ice Included. "Above All Limousines" make our trip unfogertable and interesting. We made two stops around San Francisco and after each stops we text to Omar and and our limo was waiting us on our location that we want. San Francisco is amazing. I'Il definetly come back to this beautiful city again. Im really happy that i find this limo service cause a had a couple of bad experiences with some other companies. Sure I recommend "Above All Limousines"! read more

My overall rating - no follow-up, bad customer service Story: at about 10:00 A.M., I made a reservation through Limos.com for an airport transfer the next day. A few hours later, after not receiving a confirmation email, I called the company and left a message. Waited the rest of the day, and received no response. I called again that evening, and got hold of a live person, who told me they had no availability - no apology whatsoever. He seemed put out that I had called at all (heavy sighs were a feature of the conversation), and didn't seem to care at all that I was a potential customer - no "wish we could have helped you," nothing. It was after 5:00, at that point, so too late for me track down another towncar service, so we're taking a cab. Not the end of the world, but I certainly won't be calling this company in the future. Update in response to the comment from the business owner below: This is an inappropriate response to a completely valid review. My comment was not "taking frustration out on a business," it was an accurate recounting of my experience of a poor response to my request for a reservation. That is what Yelp is for - for consumers to share their experiences with others. And if you can find a town car after 5:00 P.M. (e.g., after business hours) for a 7:00 A.M. airport pickup the next morning , I would certainly like to know about it! I think that business owners who attack negative reviewers (per the "get over yourself" comment) rather than apologizing or attempting to remedy the situation demonstrate a lack of professionalism - the exact same lack of professionalism I was criticizing in the first place. This company has many good reviews, and I'm sure they provide excellent service in general - I am just highlighting my experience with them. read more

What a wonderful company!! For starter, Omar is great and easy to deal with. Lex, our driver is on time, and so cool!! We hired a stretch limo for our wedding last weekend, and everything went smoothly, thanks to them!! On time, clean, and very professional!! And I think they have the best price too in the bay area!! I will sure use them again next time...Thanks, Omar and Lex! read more

Omar was very pleasant and easy to work with over the phone. The price quoted was reasonable and fair. Our driver (Julio) was very punctual, professional and flexible. I had booked a Lincoln Town Car to drive my daughter and I around for her 21st birthday. Julio made it fun, easy, safe and worry free. read more

Omar from Above All Limousine was our driver on our wedding day. He arrived exactly on time and he drove safely. The limo was very clean and it was stocked with plenty of refreshment drinks. We did not have any problems with Above All Limousine and we are so glad that we hired them. They have one of the best prices in town for courteous and professional service. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Omar demanded an extra $30 from us curbside at SFO because "he had waited a long time" (actually he had left us high and dry and we had to persuade him to come back). We had told him to expect a long wait, but he had arrived far too early. He had called us while he was waiting, but apparently doesn't know that cell phone use is not permitted in the Immigration Hall. He was rude, arrogant, and crammed 3 people and 6 pieces of luggage into a small town car. He kept telling me that "he was not a taxi service" - true, I would have probably got better service from a taxi at less than half the price. If you book this company, pray that your plane is on time and that you are not delayed by customs or immigration. Also, love the one you're travelling with - you may have to sit very close to them. read more

Not great! Would not risk it! I read the great reviews here and thought wow, I'll book a limo for my wedding! I called the 1-800 number and for an hour, it didn't go thru at all. I called Omar as well, twice within the last hour, and went to vmail both times! Finally, Omar called back, saying that he is the contact person but sometimes he's driving so he can't pick up the phone. I shared with him my concerns and was hoping for some ways to avoid this, coz if something happens on the wedding day e.g. can't find the driver, it'll be really bad! I can't afford waiting an hour, hoping for somebody to call me back! A few minutes is OK and understandable, not an hour!! Omar did not give me a solution, he just keep explaining when he's driving he can't pick up the phone. I decided not to book it, I can't afford this risk on my wedding day! Too bad ... I'm very disappointed! read more

So I was doing my research for limo services for my birthday last weekend and found Above All Limos to be the best!!! I ordered the limo for a night of club hopping in San Francisco and I was sooooo impressed. Omar was our driver and he was on time and really knows his way around the city. He was very prompt when picking us up at each stop and he's so nice, too. Payment was super easy with no hassle or hidden fee's. Oh! And the limo was AWESOME! Me and my friends felt like rockstars. =) It was new, clean, and beautiful inside. You can tell the limo is really well taken care of. I almost didn't want to get out of the limo because the ride was so enjoyable. And the price was so reasonable!! I'm definately going to use Above All Limos in the future. No need to go elsewhere because I did all the research for you and honestly, this limo service is the best! read more

I used Above All Limos in December 2009 for a corporate outing. I needed everything to work out perfectly as my reputaion was on the line with my boss and my co-workers. Omar was AWESOME. He was prompt and flexible - especially with our multiple pick up points and stops throughout the day. He timed everything out perfectly especially with bay area traffic and had my boss back for a very important appointment with 15 minutes to spare! Since then, another co-worker has hired Omar and I've just recommended him to another. You can trust Above All!! read more

I used Above All Limousines for my wedding about two weeks ago and was incredibly impressed. I have to admit, I took a chance on another yelper's recommendation and was so pleased. Omar was GREAT to work with. Punctual, courteous, professional- he and his staff were exactly where they were supposed to be at every step of the day. The best part: their prices are the most reasonable in town. I got a quote from another company- "hooked up" by a friend- that was almost double what I paid with Above All Limousines! I would highly recommend these guys for any and all of your transportation needs. read more

My partner and I used Above All Limos for our wedding and received exceptional service. It was our first time in San Francisco and several friends and family members met us from Chicago and New York for the wedding. Omar was on time, courteous and extremely professional. His rate was the best (all inclusive including tax and tip) and the limo was clean, modern and a smooth ride. Thanks for making our event a memorable and enjoyable occasion! read more

Safety and reliable are the two things I needed from my limo driver on my wedding day. And that is exactly what I got from Omar and his team. Omar was very kind and easy to work with in terms of planning and booking the limo. He was always very quick to respond to my emails and very helpful in the information I needed. On the day of the wedding, Rowena was our limo driver and I couldn't have been happier with her service. She was on time, a safe driver, very professional and super friendly. Thank you Rowena for helping to make our wedding day perfect! read more

Best limo service I've ever had! It was easy making arrangements with Omar and he catered to all the changes that we had. Jay picked us up for our "girls night out" in the city and was super accommodating to our every need. We went to 3 different destinations that night and Jay came to pick us up as soon as I hung up the phone, it seemed. We all had a blast and felt very safe with him as our driver. Two thumbs up! Will definitely be a returning customer :) read more

I am writing this review after using Above All Limo on 4 different occasions, always with great service, friendly drivers, and clean, modern cars. They are now my 'go to' limo service. After a couple of bad experiences with some other companies, I will not go anywhere else. After all, getting a limo is a luxury - it should feel like one! The last time I used the service was for my daughter's birthday party. Imagine driving around 10 screaming pre-teens blaring Katy Perry tunes! Our driver Jay was so great. The 12 passenger limo arrived with disco lights twinkling and a bar stocked with non-alcoholic beverages for the underage passengers. We made several stops around San Francisco, and after each outing it only took a quick text and our limo was waiting to whisk us off to our next location. It was a great time - just as a night on the town should be! read more

New limo. Clean interior. Very ,very clean. Stocked with drinks. LCD TV. LCD lights within. Classy not tacky. Coit Tower, Golden Gate bridge. We saw all the best views and the sun set. He catered to our every whim, and was happy to do it. Omar was not only our limousine driver. He was also our personal photographer, taking really great pictures. I think he is a hidden professional photographer =). Thank you, Omar! read more

I booked Omar's business for a 6 hour event and was pleasantly surprised. The limo looked immaculate and Omar was professional and accommodating. There was terrible traffic the evening of our event and I thought for sure he would be late but there he was waiting for us rather than the other way around. First class! read more

We contracted Above All for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration. This involved 4 different pickups over 3 days and a total of 14 hours. My parents had the time of their life and are still talking about how great Omar was. He was patient with my parents and courteous throughout. It also didn't hurt that their prices were very competitive. I will look no further for future car service needs. Thank You! read more
