Our house featured above ground power lines that came close to the oak tree in the front yard, and they handled this well to ensure nothing happened to our connection. The tree in the back and subsequent stump grinding was done well. I do wish I would have paid the bit extra to have them haul the chips off, but I decided to fill in some spots on the fence line with the wood chips, and they made their way into my grassy area eventually which became a pain...so lesson learned. One neighbor needed to have a 'weight reduction' on two trees as they were tall and swayed quite a bit in high winds. This service took about 15% off upper limbs, which also reduced the strain on the root system. There is a definite reduction of fear that these trees might come down in a bad storm. The other neighbor needed one 'dead' tree removed, and another live tree removed as it was leaning over a neighbor's property. The crew that did all of this work was there on time (actually early), Each worker was aware of the scope of work to be done. They were very efficient as each worker had an assigned task. The climbers used all of the safety equipment I could have imagined being necessary. Cleanup was very thorough, and left the properties in the same or better condition than when the job was started.
