I guess it's at every location but man, Ross really should open more registers. There's always one or two open and a long line. Maybe on down time those cashiers can go and do go backs or clean? Then once there's a line go back to ringing things up. Store: the store can be a little cleaner and organized. Part of it is due to the customers not being considerate. The other part is not having employees (or enough employees) to come out and reorganize things and do go backs. I was looking for a hat and the one I was yes was found hanging on a random rack. Merchandise: As above, I found a hat on a random rack. It was one of two of the kind and I purchased them both for $10 a piece. Good deal. As with any clothing store you have to really look for a good piece but I'd say for me it's a hit or miss if you're trying to look decent. I'd say it's great for casual dress. Sometimes I come across awesome deals at this location. It doesn't have as much variety as the one in Concord or Pleasant Hill.

Everyone else around had their items in their hands --- but, me being the ONLY black women shopping had to leave my items I wanted at the counter. When I questioned her she couldn't give me a answer.
