Great place to come when you need some hardworking work wear. Customer services has always been…read moretop-notch when I come in. Recently I came in with my 4-year old daughter to buy a gift for someone. I was at the showcase looking at the Ridge wallets, trying to decide what to buy. One of the sales associates, a lovely young lady came up and walked me through all of the Ridge wallet options (they have a lot) and even broke down the different models, colors, and materiel options of the different wallets. She noticed my daughter next to me and offered to give her a super cute sticker, which was very nice that they do that. For those parents out there they know how much a little sticker means to a child. I made my choice of wallets and started looking around at the knife counter. She was also very knowledgeable about the knife options available and took out a few from the case to show me. She provided exceptional customer services and I was very impressed with her knife knowledge. Once done she checked me out and made me aware that due to how much I spent, 150+ I get a free PB hat. She took me over to the hat section and showed me the options to choose from. This hat is now my favorite hat and I have been wearing it everyday. After choosing a hat we wrapped up and she let my daughter pick out another sticker. My only complaint is I wish they put the cashiers names on the receipt so I could acknowledge this you persons exceptional customer service, knowledgeable of the product, and attention to detail. I will update this rating later once I figure out her name.

I've always loved this place for buying Carhartt tshirts, hoodies, and other work related items. I…read morehave a tshirt that has the tags on it, stickers and is completely new. I buy plenty of shirts at one time. A 3xl that I removed the tags on and wore was just too big even after washing it. I thought I would be able to exchange the one with tags for a 2xl, but was told no because the time to exchange was 30 days. I'm not asking for store credit or a refund, just an exchange from a 3xl to a 2xl. As someone who has spent my hard earned union money here for years I think this is ridiculous. I guess I'll have to buy my work clothes one tshirt at a time and from a competitor. Edit: Kris J I messaged your business page with my direct line. I'm not comfortable posting it here.

I was greeted, which I appreciated, but unfortunately the experience went downhill from there. I asked about a couple of specific shoes I was interested in, and they didn't have any in stock or even alternative color options. I tried asking about another style, and they offered me a much larger size to try--even though I had already given my correct size, which didn't make much sense. The staff didn't seem very engaged or knowledgeable about the products. Customer service felt lacking, and overall it didn't seem like there was much effort to help. This experience reminded me why I usually go elsewhere--other stores tend to be more knowledgeable and attentive. I'd recommend saving your time and checking out Road Runner Sports in Walnut Creek or Campbell (if you are ever in the area) who have better product knowledge and customer service.

The bike was towed to the shop,(1500 Vulcan Classic) they had it for a week. I don't understand why these things were not identified on the visits it was there. Maybe these shops and the mechanics are no longer the bike shops of the past. The certified safety conscious mechanics of the past. I had confidence a bike in a shop For a week would be ready to ride and street legal. I'm not impressed, and I've heard some not great things over the years, I should have known. But to not identify these things, I really do not understand.
