Brian was very knowledgeable and thoughtful and was able to find the real problem (improper attic ventilation) and address it at a fair price. I was slightly hesitant to use a company that didn't have much of an internet presence, however I know that homegrown businesses are generally cheaper because they have less overhead. I sent Luis a message here on Yelp and he responded relatively quickly with an estimate (which he stuck to even with some slight modifications to the project during the work). Few days later and he was here with his crew on a Saturday and ready to roll. The project took them a few hours, and Luis had to make a couple trips to Home Depot during the job. The entire time they were here, they were very professional and respectful of my property. They used wood and metal to cover up the pipes, and everything was measured perfectly, and his "finisher" came to the house to repaint them to match the textured paint on the existing basement wall. I have to say it came out looking better than I could have imagined. They cleaned up after themselves pretty well and Luis was very nice to talk to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Luis again for a construction job. He does quality work and stuck to his initial estimate.
