I thought that the clicking in my front end was my axel. I asked that they fix the axel. Instead of just doing what I said the technician found the problem and Amanda reached out to me to let me know what they had found. Instead of costing me 470.00 it was only going to be around 300.00 and I was able to get two brand new tires. Their technicians are top notch. And their office staff made my whole week. So please call Amanda if your ready for honest repairs and honest pricing on all work.

I recently brought my JL Wrangler to this body shop for repair work, and to be fair, the exterior…read morebodywork itself was done very well. The paint and body repairs look excellent, and from the outside the vehicle looks great. Unfortunately, the condition of my vehicle when it was returned was extremely disappointing. The entire interior was covered in sanding dust from the body shop. Dust was on the seats, dashboard, vents, and throughout the cabin, and the inside of the vehicle still smells like a body shop. My Jeep was brought in clean and well cared for, but it was returned in a condition that felt careless and unacceptable. My biggest concern is that this fine dust has been circulating through the vehicle, raising concerns about what I am now breathing in while driving. When I brought this to their attention, the response I received was simply that they would "wipe it down" because they do not have a detailing department. For a vehicle returned in this condition, that response did not feel adequate. Quality bodywork is important, but so is respecting a customer's vehicle. Based on my experience, anyone using this shop for body repairs should strongly consider negotiating enough off the final bill to have the vehicle professionally detailed afterward, because the cleanup standard here fell far below what should be expected.

If there was an option of no stars, this shop deserves it. I was forced to use this shop due to my…read moreinsurance company for repairs to my vehicle. I cannot express enough, to stay far away from Classic Collision. It started out w very poor communication from their estimator David Squitieri, and only got worse. After an extremely long repair, for minimal items. Was told my vehicle was complete. Verifying my vehicle had been given an alignment prior to pick up, I was told they thought it had been done, but had to get back to me. They rushed to get an alignment done due to they had not done one after front end work. I arrived the next day to pick up my vehicle, stating it was complete. Upon taking possession of my vehicle, first thing was a check engine light on, as well as my steering wheel being was completely out of alignment. I returned immediately to bring attention to David. David specifically told me, that Classic Collision uses 3rd party companies for certain repairs (alignment), due to they are a body shop. I was told by David, that Classic Collision has No control over their vendors as far as doing a good job. This was specifically for the alignment. As a business owner I felt this was unreal that an employee would tell me they use sub par outfits to do maintenane/repair jobs on customers vehicles, and they have no control over there work performance. I contacted the company that supposedly did the alignment on my vehicle. Only to be told they in fact did Not do the alignment on my vehicle. So it was done in-house, and David passed the buck as if the other shop did this. After being lied to to my face, I realized this was only going to get worse, it Did. Returned next day to pick up truck, again. Couldn't deal w this shop's inability any longer. Had to leave town shortly after, and drive this truck w trailer 2000 miles cross country. After 800 plus miles into the return trip, pulled in late night to get fuel. Pulling into fuel station, turned left and my steering wheel, and wheels were Locked in a full left turn. My truck was now stuck in this fully locked left position. After looking under the drivers side steering assembly. Noticed an Unbelievable oversight by Classic Collision, their technician that "aligned" the truck's steering wheel NEVER re tightened the bolts for the steering arm. This then caused the coupling to rotate roughly 210 degrees, and the bolts were forced over steel plate, and locked wheels left (pics included). If this had been at highway speeds, and turned left over an overpass, or for any other reason. This would have "locked", and forced me into a god knows kind of accident. this is not just a little oversight, but should be a dismissal of your duties as a technician. With onlookers help, due to I was now blocking traffic, and stuck in a full left position. was able to spin the locking collar back close enough, and tightened the bolts that were left loose. Proceeded on w the drive, after making it the full 2000 miles. Noticed Oil, and other fluids now leaking from where I just had repairs done. I have since had to re pay a local shop to fix the issues, correctly I might add. Please be advised, this is not a shop anyone should be taking their vehicle to, to have ANY work done on it. Bad shop, poor communication, poor repairs, as well as being lied to, beware you've been warned.

Professional, Thoughtful, Considerate,…read more My daughter is off at college and her car started burning something out of the exhaust. From what she described, I was thinking a blown head gasket or rings. Normally I do all of our car work but, being off at college, it wasn't practical. One of her professors recommended Mobile Tech. She took the car in and asked them to look it over. My daughter also commented to me that, when she brought the car in, they didn't talk down to her like some guys do when talking to a woman about cars. They took the time to answer her questions without being condescending. Rob Harris was her mechanic. He noticed that it was up for inspection so he gave it a little more attention. His report noted the things that her car NEEDED. He could have up-sold me on a few things that I know it could use but he didn't. When I mentioned them, he agreed that it would be a good idea but he was addressing her car's immediate needs. She need a new radiator and the breaks were nearing end of life. I let him know that I could do the breaks but wanted them to do the radiator so she could drive it home. I though for sure it would be a week to get the parts and work it in. He said the car would be ready the next day and it was. There's more. Rob had some other good advice about the car which I appreciated. But that was enough. I spoke with Rob a few times on the phone about the car and every time I hung up I felt like the car was in good hands and my daughter was being taken care of the way I would want her to be treated.
