Needless to say, I panicked, but Chris saved me by having an "all hands on deck" approach and finished the car before 6pm.

If I could give Delaney Tire & Auto ZERO stars, I would. I have a 2010 Ford Ranger on which I'd…read morejust replaced all steering and suspension components with new factory and aftermarket parts: Bilstein shock absorbers, lower balljoints (Moog), upper control arms/balljoints (Moog), wheel bearings (Motorcraft), inner and outer tie rods (Moog), new sway bar bushings (Moog), and new ALIGNMENT CAMS (Moog). Though not related to an alignment, the truck also just got new brake rotors all around, new pads, and I rebuilt the calipers - everything was new up front (and back) as I want the truck to be "right". After installation of the parts above, I set the alignment close by sight in my garage, then ended up at Delaney for the alignment. There was nothing unusual or even difficult about aligning this truck: it's straight and unwrecked and the splash shields had been removed for easy access to the cams. This couldn't have been an easier alignment job! I did have a few VERY SIMPLE requests of manager "David" though: - adjust camber to a few 10ths (degree) more negative than 0deg factory spec. - adjust caster to a few 10ths (degree) more positive than factory spec, both super easy-peasy for even a rookie alignment tech with a $75,000 alignment computer/rack. What I received back was pathetic (see photo). Truck was out of camber spec by .6 degree, WAY too negative. Caster was more positive on the LF than the RF (backwards from spec). Worse, the tech DID NOT TOUCH THE CAMBER/CASTER ADJUSTMENT CAMS. I got a toe-in adjusment, and that was it after a full suspension overhaul. That's right, all he did was adjust toe-in/out for $114.99 + BS "shop supplies" (not needed for aligning a vehicle) for a total of nearly $130! The truck now drove worse than before my visit, pulling hard to the right. I went back by the shop to get this corrected, and manager "David" said to call back Monday to schedule so he had the right person there to fix this. By Monday he had lost his backbone and told me to come get a refund and take my truck to the Ford dealership to correct the pathetic alignment Delaney had performed. Nonetheless, I got most of my money back, but that poor level of commitment to doing a job correctly the first time is beyond sad. Their solution, to take it to the dealership, is some of the worst customer care/service I've EVER seen out of an auto repair shop, and I'm 58 years old. If I were the manager of that shop, I'd have had the vehicle back on the rack ASAP and directed the tech to "make it right". There is no excuse for this poor level of service for any amount of money. Sadly, I think this comes from the top, from David Delaney. Why? I sent a letter to the owner after being told to go to the dealership. I am still waiting on the call from Mr. Delaney (but I'm not holding my breath!)... You've been warned. Use Delaney Tire and Auto at risk of your own peril. Putting a vehicle back on the road with such a poor alignment is a safety risk for many drivers. Thankfully I didn't get brake work that I needed to rely on!

From one of the best repair shops in the area to one of the worst. What the hell happened??…read more First my dashboard lights up telling me that I have to service car soon. Turns out the repairman who recently changed the oil never reset the oil pressure. Oh, well... things happen, right? Give 'em another chance. Within days, I still gave them my business by buying two tires. One of the two tires was flat as a pancake within 48 hrs. So, my 65-year-old ass is swapping out the flat for a doughnut on a Monday morning in 45 degree weather... because of their screw-up. I limp back to the shop. I asked the manager, "Any kind of comp for MY labor?" "Well, no not really." How interesting. Even more interesting when I found out that (again) it was sloppy work done by the repairman. While installing the new tires and doing the alignment, the repairman caused not one, BUT TWO different leaks in one of the new tires. Waited for the manager to tell me something along the lines of "Next oil change is on us"... but that never happened. Business must be good knowing that workmanship can be so shoddy, so sloppy, they still expect people give them business. If they could screw-up putting fluid in the windshield wiper reservoir, they's manage it somehow.
