Thanks for a life saver repair Chris. Brought in Scion FR-S for check engine light on a Wed. After initial diagnosis of fuel injectors and spark plug repair, I agreed to repair everything with the condition it would be ready by close of business Friday (6pm). When I went to pick it up @ 3:30, I was told it would not be ready until the following week. I wish I could leave a negative number for their score! Had a truck towed to their shop because it would not start. Once there they said they couldn't diagnose it because batteries were dead. They wanted to sell me two $200.00 batteries. Said they didn't have a battery crash cart to start it. I told them I would bring them two batteries by next day. Brought them the batteries and they asked if I wanted them to install them. I asked what are you going to charge to install them. They said one hour shop time. I went home and got a crescent wrench and installed two batteries in twelve minutes flat! There were multiple other problems with my encounter and I took the truck to another shop! Great service! They took my car in (without an appt) at 2:30 pm today because of electrical issues and they called by 5 to say it was ready! They were super friendly and just awesome...also, the price was what they initially quoted me for an assessment with very little add on for the extra parts and labor. Highly Recommend! I took my Old pathfinder in for a clutch replacement and to have them inspect the front end to find out what was wrong. They told me that there was some very serious issues with my front end and I was also leaking oil and engine coolant into the bell housing and if they replaced the clutch the oil and coolant leak would cause the clutch to fail prematurely. Being that my pathfinder has almost 400K miles on it the cost of all the repairs would have been twice what the car is worth and any other mechanic would have just replaced the clutch but these guys knew my situation and didn't want me to waste my money. For that I am very thankful because honesty in this business is hard to find and they thankfully didn't charge me anything . I am now on the search for a new car and if I ever need anything done I am bringing it to these guys due to their honesty. read more

They charged me for a diagnostic without telling me. They tried to charge me $685 for a 21.99 car part. Talk about robber. then when I said no They told me I had to pay $57 just cuz they put it on a machine. Never ever use them. they will rip you off. read more

Had the Car Guys check my car for vibration when accelerating and was told I needed a new transmission ~$3700 new/~$2600 rebuilt and an additional $729 for rear wheel bearings. Decided to get a 2nd opinion and was advised I should change the transmission fluid (and flush). Done and vibration is gone!! Don't think I will be going back, buyer beware! read more
