As a former AZ resident, I'm happy that my windows are now light enough to pass NC inspection. (I had previously "flunked Window Tint" when I went to AAA for my first NC pollution inspection. With no old tint to remove, the installation was quick, and I was back on the road in about an hour. I contacted Austin, sent a picture, and he apologized and told me to bring it back. Since I wouldn't be in Wilmington for two weeks, he assured me they would fix it when I returned. When I came back, they remembered me and my car and addressed the issue without hassle. They replaced the windshield tint, and it now looks great. I'm very pleased with the results and appreciate that they stood behind their work. I would definitely recommend them.
