With no old tint to remove, the installation was quick, and I was back on the road in about an hour. I didn't inspect it thoroughly before leaving--something I'll do next time--and later that day noticed a crease in the upper corner of the passenger-side windshield tint. I contacted Austin, sent a picture, and he apologized and told me to bring it back. Since I wouldn't be in Wilmington for two weeks, he assured me they would fix it when I returned. When I came back, they remembered me and my car and addressed the issue without hassle. They replaced the windshield tint, and it now looks great.
