Ray detailed my Jeep Wrangler and was able to not only remove over 20+ brush scratches on the hood and roof, but restore my car back to brand new appearance. I admit that I'm a bit of a skeptic when it comes to car detailing places, preferring instead to wash my car in my yard and keep my cash. But with my husband wanting to sell his car, realized that we were going to have to call in a professional. We found Xtreme Detail on the web and after looking at their before and after pictures decided to give them a shot. The owner, Ray, was super friendly when I dropped off the car. A few hours later I came back to pick it up and almost didn't recognize it. Gone were the stains, the dull exterior, and the tired looking wheel hubs. Instead, what I found was a brand new looking car. I was amazed and really impressed. I admit that it wasn't cheap, but for what you get (a complete car overhaul) the price was worth it. Took the son's 2017 Yukon in for a complete detail. It was a mess; hauled a lot of people and stuff around. Didn't think Ray and his great crew could get it done in one day but they sure did! Car looked and smelled like brand new! They even took apart some of the back area so they could get all the stuff that had fallen through. If you live in the Wilmington area and don't take your vehicle here, you are missing out. Plus you are treated like family. JJudy the receptionist is wonderful and is on top of everything here! I am thrilled with the quality of work on my Mazda CX-5! I scheduled an interior cleaning to try to improve some puppy prints and water stains on the fabric seats. The stains were completely gone when I picked up my car. They even washed & waxed the exterior for no extra charge. For $100 I feel like this was an incredible value & the staff couldn't have been nicer. Judy at the front desk was super sweet. I bought a used truck that had a lot of stains inside and was real dirty outside. We dropped it off and Ray took care of us. He took pride in detailing our truck. He went above and beyond, even cleaning tar off the bottom of the truck. He scotch guarded the inside, and got stains off the seats and headliner. He was so proud of how clean he got the truck, and the smile on my wife's face made him even happier. They treated us like family. We got a complete detail, inside and out, on an f250 crew cab for $190. Well worth the money. I honestly felt like they undercharged us for what we got back!! Thanks so much guys! read more

I dropped off my daughters car for a full interior and exterior detailing. The interior upholstery was not cleaned. You could see spots of dirt on the seats and headliner. The upholstery didn't smell clean. I had to leave the car overnight and have them clean the interior where they didn't clean the first time. The interior looked better after their second attempt but still wasn't done thoroughly or professionally. I had to rent a rug doctor with attachments to clean it after paying xtreme detail $210 for NOT doing it correctly. I do not recommend you use this company. read more
