Initially we parked in the wrong lot but that worked in our favor (where the bait and tackle shop is). There were lots of families out having picnics and fishing. We did a 1-mile loop in the area and were able to see the yurts. NOTED . Beautiful sites to take in before we ventured to the main lots with the visitor's center. Not only are the trails well marked, but there is ample parking across multiple lots. The attendant at the gate entrance was so kind, welcoming and JOYful! We ventured out on the red trail and it was gorgeous. To my surprise, the trail was full today. It seems that Sweetwater is a populated date spot!!! We saw folks of all ages out with picnic baskets, journals, coloring books, bathing suits ... it was AMAZING! We hiked to the end of the red trail and back, venturing off trail to be clear to the River only once. By far, this was one of my favorite hikes and definitely a place I'll revisit to explore some of the other trails.

Problem was that the construction guys needed the grill on site that same day for measurement purposes. After searching online for local companies that sell high quality grills, I came across Kettle and Grates. Spent 30 minutes reviewing the K&G website and then called Tony for advice. We decided on a grill, Tony took my credit card information over the phone, and he delivered the grill a couple of hours later... just in time for the crew. Just fantastic service. And if that wasn't enough, when we discovered a small manufacturing defect upon installation, Tony came out the next business day to replace the part... no questions asked. What a beautiful place! The unofficial start to the Appalachian trail! Super cool. The visitor…read morecenter is large with a cafe, live animals on display, and history of the trail along with a board full of buttons to listen to various animal calls. There are restrooms right next to the visitor center. There are two playgrounds on the other side of the visitor center with loads of picnic tables to sit at! Parks are in full shade. The official archway for the trail is directly behind the visitor center so be sure to catch your picture there! The big stocked pond was nice! Loads of dead fish floating and garbage which wasn't the best but not overwhelmingly horrible just could use some clean up. The trail leading up to the base of the falls is steep but well paved and maintained with a couple of seating areas along the way to catch your breath. We somewhat cheated and skipped the steps after we saw the base we turned around, drove up the street across from the visitor center and stopped midway up the falls to see another view half way up the falls on a bridge (check in the woods when you walk to this bridge there is a truck stuck in the woods and a tree is literally growing around it!) then we got back in the car and drove to the top! We may have skipped the stairs but we felt we truly got to enjoy the experience with the 3 little ones 5 and under haha. The top most viewing platform, not the bridge over top, was closed for construction when we went mid April. The lodge at the stop is strikingly beautiful!

Exceptional Customer Service and Quality!…read more I purchased a custom cover for my island grill for about $490, and the product arrived with a standard ventilation panel on the back. This ventilation feature wasn't included in the specifications I had reviewed and approved, so I contacted customer service for clarification. They immediately explained that the ventilation is a standard design used to prevent moisture buildup and mold -- which makes complete sense. Still, without any hesitation or pushback, they offered to send me a replacement cover without the ventilation, exactly as I wanted. The replacement arrived in just 7 days, which was incredibly fast for a custom-made product. Their responsiveness, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I'm pretty sure all that means is the web site where you enter the measurements yourself is hosted in the US. That said, the fabric I wanted didn't offer the option for full webbed edging, while the cheaper fabric did. So I sent a message through their web form asking about it and received an autoreply that I would hear in two days. It took two weeks for a reply where they said I should have called (I guess because they don't assign ANY importance to web site contacts). They said all screens can be ordered with it, but the option still wasn't available on the site. Since we have high winds, I opted for the lesser material because it offered the webbing. I entered the exact measurements for the "custom" covers I needed for my steel fence corners to keep my kitties corralled, mindful of the caution that there can be a 1"-2" variance. But these are "custom." You would think "custom" meant a human being is reading the order, measuring it out, and taking professional care. Ah, but we're transmitting the order to India, so... The screens arrived---later than stated---after a world tour that even included Italy. And yes, they are too wide and too long, and they couldn't be arsed to space the grommets evenly. The quality control is pretty poor. I got the webbing all around, though! Woohoo! (sarcasm) I either have to poke holes and create stress points in the fabric to make them fit but destroy the structural integrity, or see if a looser screen can still keep the kitties in the yard--they won't poke and pull looking for gaps. I guess I can put the one intended for the narrower fence on the wider one, but that still leaves me without one for the narrow fence. All told, this was a complete waste of time and money. When I provided my feedback and opened a ticket, the response from "Bob Victors" was dismissive, saying, in part, "We have reviewed all the details. Unfortunately, we are unable to identify any fabrication error as the screens are fabricated as per the order confirmation." Um... no, they aren't.

From the time of Japanese Cherry Blossom being a signature luxury scent, lol, I've been riding for them. So I'm always happy to go into a store and have a great experience. Since moving to ATL, the Bath & Body Works in East Point has been my go to location. Each visit seems to be a breeze thanks to some great employees on staff. The craziest days of the year here seem to be the Semi-Annual sale and candle day and Omg. The lines were out the door per usual and although I ended up opting to purchase my candles online, when I was in the area I saw the line moving smoothly and smiles on the faces of the guests lined up outdoors. This location is also a fave because it's located next to some of my other fave shopping spots that I have no business visiting. Although a smaller location than some I'm used to, this one is definitely my go-to thanks to the awesome inventory and even better team. Time to go re-up on candles!

So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I felt like this lady little kid or something but, she was actually accepting my return I just let her talk. I was seen DEMEKA by the second time I had to return and not only did I see her avoid someone in the return line, making me to believe the same would be done to me. I proceeded to stand in the purchase line, after her telling me I could've stood in the return line. However, that isn't what prompted me to leave this review. Today I came in to return the sweaters for LAST time because though we tried them on in store over our clothes the items still didn't work out. ALSO, the return/ exchange cashier, DEMEKA TOOK SEVERAL CUSTOMERS BEFORE ME (the ONLY person in the return line), then I had to run back to the car to get my ID. When I came back she had another person waiting in the return line while she took a purchase with a basket full of clothes, while we waited 4 people accumulated in the line behind me. DEALING with younger boys I wasn't even able to get my items refunded back to my account, because they threw away the receipt and one brother popped the tag. So now I have store credit to a store that NEVER HAS THE FITTING ROOM OPEN!!!! I am disgusted by the lack of communication, because I called you all to check about the return!
