Update: The store ended up allowing the return after all once I spoke with the store manager, Cornell. Thank you to Cornell for taking the time to help resolve the situation. Unfortunately, the two managers I dealt with previously need to be retrained. They told me the store only accepted returns within 48 hours and also claimed the return couldn't be processed because the lawn mower had been used. Neither of those explanations turned out to be true. When I returned, a new associate at the returns desk processed everything without claiming the computer prevented the return or giving any of the excuses I was previously told. It became clear that the information the two managers gave me was false. I appreciate Cornell's professionalism and assistance in making things right. I hope the other managers receive additional training so future customers are given accurate information. read more

This could have been better. It gets 2 stars because the night manager on duty, and the store associate Tameka, are awesome and rock! Otherwise, the Camp Creek store gets burned here, because their warehouse and their ability to answer customers and give real, solid answers, and "know what's going on" is pretty terrible. Also, in my experience, I've had to wait on hold and get passed around to at least 3 people - per phone call - to this store. And the daytime managers don't answer, and if you get put on hold, you can just sit there and wait... but let's just put it this way... (7001 Douglas Blvd, Douglasville, GA 30135 - phone 770 920 9022) I paid for haul away of an old freezer ($79.00) I paid a delivery fee ($39.00) I paid full price for the new freezer ($899.00) I paid for a 5 year warranty ($159.97) The new freezer was ordered and delivered under Lowe's tracking #200730197261850328 The new freezer was delivered on Monday July 20, 2026 The new freezer was NOT delivered from the Douglasville store inventory. The new freezer was delivered from Camp Creek Store inventory. (3625 N Commerce Dr, East Point, GA 30344 with phone 404-838-2000) This is where the trouble begins. The new freezer had a bad seal from the Frigidaire factory. Icicles formed within 12 hours, and frost overtook the entirety of the inside back wall. It is supposed to be a frost free freezer. I called Lowe's customer service at (800) 445-6937 to return it according to their 48 hour return policy window. I was told only Camp Creek store can order the pickup of the defective new unit, because it came from their store inventory. Camp Creek store obliged and said they could pick it up on 07/23/2026. Camp Creek store picked it up on 07/23/2026 at 12pm - but did not mark that they picked it up until 3pm 07/24/2026 This return order delivery # is 201715202262033739 This is where it gets worse. I was told that I cannot have my money back from the STORE I GAVE MY MONEY TO (Douglasville) - because the freezer actually came from the Camp Creek store inventory. Camp Creek does not answer their phones, puts you on hold, and hang up on you or wait just put you on hold until you give up and hang up. I held also held on the phone with them from a corporate customer support representative for over a cumulative 1.5 hours. Totaling nearly 3 hour of holding with Camp Creek over 24 hours. This is where the theft comes in, now. I was emailed a receipt telling I will expect a gift card in the mail - from Camp Creek Lowe's - for ONLY THE VALUE OF THE FREEZER. This gift card transaction # is 201715205262041656 At this point I am still owed 159.97 + 39.00 delivery. (In fairness I am not asking for recycled appliance fee returned, as that did occur) I was told by corporate customer service support that to get my money back for the 5 year warranty, that I have to wait until the Douglasville calls me back to tell me how they're going to send me the additional money. When I asked for at transaction number from corporate for the 5 year warranty money back, I was told they can't give me that, and only the Douglasville store can tell me that. Corporate customer service is useless too now. Fine. I'll get a gift card eventually (I better!) in the mail. Fine. I'll get (hopefully) the 5 year warranty replacement too. However, I was told by corporate that the $39 delivery fee is completely non-refundable, and that's just the way it is. If this is all true, it's theft. Of consumer's money and time. It's not my fault as the consumer that Frigidaire produced a faulty product. I am robbed of this money, because Lowe's is corrupt and not decent enough to return a delivery fee, FOR A PRODUCT THAT WAS DEFECTIVE FROM THE FIRST DAY. That's their money to lose, NOT MINE. Lowe's is actively punishing consumers and taking money from them, under this "non refundable" service, that as far as I'm concerned is fraudulent... when they're out here delivering defective products to consumers. Yesterday afternoon I had a delivery made from Lowe's. My not even 3yr old Samsung Washer needed to be replaced. So I paid to have the old one removed and a a new one to be installed. The moving company did that and more! They hooked the new washer and put the old hose on (I purchased a new one after being told that I had to) . Then, the left me a nice long and deep scratch in my wall and a couple of holes! After waiting on the phone for 30mins I was told I had to file a grievance and wait 72hrs to be contacted. I'm Beyond upset! My home is less than 3yrs old and now I have to look at this daily until they decide on what's the next step. I will never use their outside services again! We purchased a refrigerator with a stainless steel connector, extra water filter, and protection coverage for approximately $1,750.00. The delivery was dated 09-07-2024, but it was damaged when we received the refrigerator. I told the deliverer to return the refrigerator. I called the store and asked when I would get my money returned; I was told the store manager would need to approve this returned transaction. I was also told that the store had received the refrigerator. So I didn't understand why I could not get my money back. I was also told they could give me a store credit. We have been trying to order custom cabinets from Lowe's. We were told only "Stephanie " can order them and for three weeks we have yet to see her. They don't take appointments. They answer the phone and never come back. We then called Fayetteville location and was told that we have to submit an online request. Wait on a call that could take 48 hours and then maybe order. Its Christmas time again and as a tradition, my moms always requires my son and I to help her pick out a Christmas tree. This event usually happens at Home Depot but this year my mom had a gift card from Lowes so...here we are. The "tree tent" is set up in the parking lot so you don't have to go inside the store to pick the tree. This years selection was decent, but $65, for a tree that I know is going to be dead in less than a month...I don't know maybe I've turn cynical in my older age. I purchased a lawn mower online on 2/26/24, subsequently I received confirmation the it was ready for pick up. I arrived at the store only to be greeted by Caley at the register with a suspicion of pilferage demeanor and redundancy, while I'd given him the pertinent information to pick up the item. He paged Tae from on-line purchase and although I immediately gave her the order, before she entered the # in her hand held device, she proclaimed she didn't recalled the order. Extremely POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from incompetent manager to employees. Went here to pickup the generator that we purchased online for my mom in South Carolina. Their power is out due to Hurricane Helene, and my mom is on oxygen. They were having a hard time finding a generator in SC due to my mom's health and also in-store availability. This was the second Lowe's that we went to this morning. The manager and store employees at this Camp Creek Marketplace treated us as if we were stealing because we had purchased online with mom's card to take the generator to her. I have my own Lowe's account but the generator was purchased for mom with her own account. I basically was acting as the pickup and delivery person for my mom. We were treated so poorly, and so shady from the Lowe's staff. This location needs a lot of improvement. I've only been one time and don't think I'll go again. First of all it's a mad house even maneuvering through the parking lot then when we walked up to Lowes we didn't see ANY baskets at all then we tried doing inside to find a basket and there still weren't any baskets. So I'm thinking where are all the baskets? So after spending 10 minutes walking around and outside we find a broken basket in the corner that we had to use because we were getting soil, mulch, and flowers. The flower section was subpar and there wasn't a huge selection of flowers. A lot of the plants also looked overpriced and you can find the same exact ones for cheaper at Walmart. Also the petunias I show in the picture were bone dry as if they hadn't been watered in weeks. The only reason I brought them home is because my brother fell in love with them so I watered them as soon as I got home so that's why they look watered. We ended up getting a few flowers which are pretty and hopefully last through the season but I still prefer the flowers we got last week at Home Depot more. They look better and were cheaper. Finally there was only one cashier doing checkout in the garden and there were at least 20 people in line so why didn't they call for back up? Do not order anything that requires delivery from this Lowe's store. They are unreliable, do not communicate any changes to deliveries until the very last minute (if at all), do not answer the phone, and when you do by chance happen to catch a real person in the store on the phone, your call is conveniently "dropped" while being transferred to a manager. I placed an order for a dishwasher on July 12, 2020. The same model was available at Best Buy for $1 less, but I decided to order from Lowe's instead because they said they could deliver it on July 29th, where Best Buy was projecting a delivery date a couple of weeks later. Turns out Lowe's couldn't actually deliver it sooner, they just aren't as well connected with their suppliers and cannot project accurate delivery dates (this is more of a corporate Lowe's issue to be fair, but something that the company as a whole should be held accountable for). On July 28th, I got a delivery confirmation call, text, and email for my scheduled delivery on the 29th. After receiving that confirmation, I uninstalled my current dishwasher and gave it away. It was hard wired, so I had to cap off the electrical cords and the drain hose connection to my garbage disposal. I left the breaker off (which controls the dishwasher, the garage disposal, and an outlet), since turning power back on to unconnected wires didn't seem like the best idea. No big deal, it was just for one night. On the morning on July 29th, I got an email from Lowes stating that my delivery was being moved to August. This was 5 hours before my scheduled delivery window. I called the store several times, selecting every option I thought would give me a live person, and no answer. So I called corporate instead. They told me they couldn't do anything for me themselves, but would call the store and have the manager call me back. A few days later, I spoke to the store manager who gave me the same explanation the corporate employee did - COVID and trade restrictions with China are delaying appliance deliveries and the dishwasher had not yet made it to their store. When I asked why I still received the confirmations the day before and why they hadn't communicated as soon as they realized the dishwasher wouldn't be there in time, he just said "They're working on it". At the end of the call, the manager asked for my order number so that he could personally ensure nothing would go wrong with my new delivery date on August 15th. Today is August 15th. I got a similar confirmation email and call yesterday that my delivery would be proceeding. This time the email came from a contracted delivery company that informed me the driver would give me a call when he was 30 minutes away. Having not received a call 20 minutes prior to the end of the delivery window, I called the delivery company who informed me that the store cancelled my delivery this morning, and was supposed to call me. Surprise, surprise - no one from the store did. So I called the store again and after a couple of attempts reached someone in appliances. The woman I spoke to said she would transfer me to a manager. I was on hold for a few minutes, then heard a ring, then the call was disconnected. I called the appliances department back immediately 4-5 times and no one answered. I'm currently on hold with the corporate customer care department and have been for 30 minutes. It is absolutely absurd that it's this difficult to make a major purchase, and the consistent lack of communication from anyone at Lowe's - and especially this store - is unacceptable. January 5 came have not heard from them then I went there to checked on, they promised January 11, 2022. They called me January 10, 2022 told me that my washing machine will deliver January 11, I stay at home all day to wait for it nobody showed up nobody called. I see a one-star trend at this location in recent months...Corporate are you even listening?????? Inaccurately priced products, rude service, no customer resolutions, and no on answers the phone...Let's start at the beginning... Feb 26. We need some outdoor lighting for my patio area + other items. We chose the lights pictured (2 sets) and went to the checkout. The lights rang up at $49.98 for a total of $99.96 + tax for the two sets. We questioned the cashier and showed another employee where the lights were and the signage. She said she could not change the price, so we asked for a manager. about 15 minutes later a manager comes by and we again show the manager where the lights are and the price tag above them; bear in mind two things..1) there is a full row of these lights under the $39.98 price tag 2.) No Where in the aisle is a price tag showing $49.98. The manager still refuses to honor the price because the item # on the tag and the box differ...we decide to purchase the lights anyway and we will take it up with corporate. The store could have honored the $10.00 price difference/set because they have the wrong price shown above the item, and just correctly marked the item to avoid the issue with other customers...NONE of this happened. Fast forward a week; I put up one string of the lights and they look great. the second strong however, the 2 of the sockets do not work and two bulbs are broken in the package...that's ok, I will just exchange them. March 6. I bring the lights back to Lowe's in the original box with the receipt...we have not emailed or called anyone about the incorrect pricing yet. I explain there is a defect in this set and I just simply want to exchange them...the cashier offers to refund my card and I can repurchase, or they will hold the credit and I can make the exchange. I choose to hold the credit and make the exchange thinking this is easiest and I will grab another set and just take em right back to the cashier. I grab a similar set (same Item #2851294) and bring them to the cashier. Please note; The items are STILL priced the exact same way and there are at least 4-5 back to back in the row under the $39,98 price point! Obviously correcting the pricing above the merchandise is not a priority. The original cashier has a customer so she refers to me Kelcey...the other cashier. Kelcey is the kind of guy who just does not seem to like his job very much. Kelcey scans the box and tells me it's going to be $10.77. I explain to Kelcey that I am just exchanging the same product...his response "They were on sale when you bought them and now they are not" in his I don't care about you as a customer tone. I am heated and choose to simply pay the $10.77 because he is rude, I am now bothered, and it was best to walk away than make a scene in the store. The one set of lights work great, I merely wanted a not defective second set... No where in the aisle where lights priced at 59.98!! I decide to call the store to speak with the manager on duty to give this Lowe's one additional chance to correct their error...the automated system answers and I request a manager. the system says it will transfer me and the hold music comes on...I was on hold 29 minutes and 20 seconds before I disconnected the call. To Lowe's corporate; Is this the customer service standard you expect in your employees? Do you randomly put pricing above products that do not correspond? Is this the culture you seek to have in your stores? If so, then you have lost some business to a competitor. If this is not your culture, then you have some work to do at the Camp Creek Marketplace location. I just experienced the most horrible service with a contractor that solicited me for replacement gutters. The company was leaf filter who then sent a contractor out and improperly installed defective gutters that are leaking and were not placed in the same manner as original gutters I advised them of the issue within 2 days of the improper install. It was suggested I sign a certificate of completion and then place a claim under the warranty. This is absolutely appalling. Why should I have to make a claim BEFORE the product is properly installed without defect. I am especially disturbed as there was nothing wrong with my gutters other than a dent in the front. This has by far been the WORST EXPERIENCE. I recommend to anyone, NEVER use any of these companies that solicited your business in Lowes as it is obvious they don't care. This is the absolute worst retail experience I've ever had! Staff and management are clueless and have a hard time taking responsibility for anything that goes wrong here. I ordered a refrigerator on July 3rd and received a confirmation email with a delivery date of 07/17/2020. The week of the delivery the date changed to the 18th and then displayed as unavailable. I called customer service to confirm the delivery date and held for over an hour for a rep just to be hung up on and received no call back. The next day I held for over an hour AGAIN and the rep advised that my appliance was at the local store and delivery would be 07/18 between 8am-12pm. I received a call from store associate Ronaldo stating that he could not find my appliance in the store and that it would have to be re-ordered and received the following Wednesday. Keep in mind, I have a small baby, a refrigerator that is out during the summer, and I took off of work to be home to get this delivered today! No one was able to give me an explanation of why the notes confirmed that the appliance made it to the store but it's not there. I tried to call several times for a manager and couldn't get anyone on the phone. I called the 3rd party delivery company to see if I could get more info from them because I was still receiving email updates as if the appliance was still in route. The rep apologized and stated that the store had horrible communication and that their company was never advised by the store that the delivery needed to be cancelled. I decided to get out of my bed at 7:45am and go in person to speak to a manager. Upon arrival, I spoke with someone in customer service who connected me with the assistance store manager, Nikola. She confirmed that the refrigerator was not there with no explanation as to why. She did attempt to find it at a different store and after about two hours and a lot of back and forth she confirmed that she would have someone go at noon to the Newnan location to pick up the appliance and deliver it to my home. She also confirmed that the guy who she will have deliver it will be in contact with me. 3 1/2 hours go by and I hear nothing from anyone at Lowe's. I call multiple times and continue to get a busy signal. So I get BACK IN MY CAR and go back to Lowe's to get an update. No one can seem to find Nikola and another "manager" named Travis came to tell me AGAIN that the refrigerator is not there (still with no explanation of why) and that they don't have a truck yet so that's why they haven't made it to the newnan location to pick it up. And at this point I'm livid! No one took the time to call me and advise that they're waiting on a truck or provide any type of communication about what's going on with my order. They finally find Nikola and I pointed out to her that no one has apologized or displayed any level of empathy for what is happening. After stating that I will be contacting corporate and pointing out their lack of customer service she offered to refund $100 of my purchase and confirmed she would call me when the associate is headed to pick up the refrigerator. After 5pm, Nikola calls me and says that the guy is heading to the other store now but wants to know if I can let them deliver it tomorrow! No! I have to work! I took off of my job today! She then says she can have someone ride with the guy so that they can still deliver it this evening. But what was the plan initially?? She never mentioned two men delivering the item so I feel like there were never any intentions to deliver today. It is almost 6pm at this point and I am STILL WAITING FOR MY REFRIGERATOR! I will be writing corporate, going into the store again Monday to speak directly with the store manager, and doing as many negative reviews as I can until someone makes some MAJOR changes to this store. I ordered appliances on 11/23/21 to be delivered on 12/1/21 and received confirmation #879784084 for the purchase. Lowes failed to deliver the appliances on 12/1/21 and arbitrarily canceled the order and rescheduled the delivery with a new order # 438276033, for 12/4/21. The appliances were not delivered on 12/4/21. After calling for several hours on 12/4/21 and 12/5/21, I have not received a call from anyone regarding the appliances and was told during one call that I had to wait for 72-hours for someone to contact me. Everyone is pointing the finger at another department without addressing the problem....NO APPLIANCES HAVE BEEN DELIVERED. JH read more

I paid for a electric range and refrigerator LG from Lowe's November 20 20. With that I purchased their advantage plan with a five year warranty because I was told it was amazing. I have been trying since December 13 for their protection plan assurance to take care of, the issue I have been given the runaround through LOWES as well as their advantage plan. No one wants to be responsible no one is being accountable and here. I am still January 9 without a oven. They came to my house on December 15 told me it would be fixed on December 21 before Christmas, it was not. I've went up to the store on camp Creek. I've called their customer Caroline I called their advantage assurance line and no one is giving me answers. This is totally unacceptable. I'm trying to understand no one's willing to help me my next move is to go to ABC or CBS or NBC investigative for some assistance so I can get some help so my oven can get fixed, and I'm just telling anyone do not buy Lowe's protection plan because it's a waste of your time, a waste of your money and a waste of your energy! read more

If a business refuses to or cannot answer a simple phone call, it should not exist. I should not have to get in my car and drive 15 miles in Atlanta traffic to check on a delivery. I have let the phone ring for a minimum of 10 but more like 15 minutes three separate times to get a quick answer. And each time I have been on the receiving end of a hang up. I stopped by Lowes to pick up a gallon KC outside paint and some cedar mulch. Three people in the paint area. I stood over two minutes before someone said we will be with you in a minute. One of the three workers took a gallon of paint back to put it on the shelf. The other two chatted amongst themselves and to a woman who came up. I stood there for about 30 more seconds and walked off. This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. read more

This has to be the worst Lowe's I have ever been into. Customer service is unbelievably horrible. The store is a wreck. The checkout ladies don't ever smile. I have been in the store probably 10 times I have never seen a check out lady smile. They are mean, they were rude, they do not make eye contact. I promised myself after tonight that I would never go back to the store again. Absolutely ridiculous. No reason that people should be so mean. Oh and by the way, it says on yelp that Lowes is closed today. But it is very much open. Open until at least 9 PM possibly 10 PM. So it's nice to know that they keep their page up-to-date.
