A few years after installation we received a letter from the manufacturer of our microwave alerting us to a problem that could result in a fire. The instructions said to unplug it immediately and contact our dealer. I called and talked to Mr. McGee the owner and was pleasantly surprised to hear that not only was he very knowledgeable about the problem, but that he also had the parts in stock and could fix it immediately. One day later my repairs were completed and at no charge. Last Thursday my wife said the ice maker was not making full size cubes. I once again called to have a technician repair it. I talked to one of the service personnel who while writing up the service order ask me when we changed the filter last. I told him I wasn't sure to which he replied "I would try replacing that before we come out". I went into the store and picked one up that day. Problem solved. This saved me the price of a service call. Now that's service! I won't go anywhere else. Responsive, dependable, and honest. It just doesn't get any better than that.

It was a little out of my price range, but my kids insisted I go back and get it. I reluctantly agreed, and the shopkeeper was so nice to let me get it despite actually being closed. She told me these signs used to cost $2 a piece. I definitely paid a lot more than that! But am so happy whenever I see it in our window.

The building is a bit older, but the machines are newer and well maintained. This place does not have a restroom, TV or WIFI, so come self-sufficient, especially if you are waiting there for your laundry. They do have snack/drink/laundry supply vending machines though. I was in and out and back on the road in a little over an hour. There is parking right out front of the laundromat and it is easy to get in and out of. I am glad went here, even though it was not under the best circumstances. This is definitely an excellent option to have your laundry needs taken care of.

The plumber that came to the call before hunter came to save the day left an uninstalled, not-completely working unit down in my basement after taking my money. Hunter priced his services so absolutely well I just, side note, if he will take accept it, tip this man if you can! Haha. Anyways. Hunter installed the unit and realized at the end that it was not fully working. Instead of giving up or leaving me and my 2 year old with out hot water any longer, he called the water heater company, sourced the missing part, got me a warranty on the heater (I am still jaw-dropped about all of this- I could not have asked for better service, and he was kind. That goes a long way, even my dog liked him), and after sourcing and obtaining the part he still found a way to save me money by getting me a rebate on the part that was missing. He went above and beyond in a moment when he truly did not have to. I just had a plumber before him try and scam me for a lot of money to do this. Hunter did the job a million times better than anyone else actually would - and he priced it beyond fair. I cant say for sure, but I believe he even stayed past when he normally works to make sure our water tank was full. My two year old son was also incredibly grateful to bathe in his own home that evening, as opposed to us going over to our recent routine of going over to our neighbors to shower together quickly. Trust me, he too much prefers his baths at home. It is much preferred for the both of us. I truly, truly, truly can not recommend this place enough. There is literally no one else I will ever call for this stuff. Hes the type of guy youre proud to pay well.
