I spent over $10,000 on the project so I contacted Imler's, who came by to look at it and was told "that's what retaining walls do". That I would have to dig the blocks out myself and reset them. REALLY??????? After six years a project that you did (really started to deteriorate in 5 years) I have to correct myself? These days you don't get what you pay for!

When we asked Zach the owner to make things right... this was his response. " As far as the bathroom that is closed upon the final payment. " He does not stand behind his work. Also, we left him the keys to our house for 3 weeks to finish a project, so not to be in his way and we have 2 dogs that are sensitive to loud noises. In 3 weeks he worked 32 hours. Did not think we had to babysit for a professional to do his job. He was paid upfront for the job. Then had to pay for another contractor to finish the work.
