Total bathroom redo, cost was over $6,000. The shower surround cracked within 5 times being used. The light over the mirror is off centered by a lot. When we asked Zach the owner to make things right... this was his response. " As far as the bathroom that is closed upon the final payment. " He does not stand behind his work. Also, we left him the keys to our house for 3 weeks to finish a project, so not to be in his way and we have 2 dogs that are sensitive to loud noises. In 3 weeks he worked 32 hours. Did not think we had to babysit for a professional to do his job. He was paid upfront for the job. Then had to pay for another contractor to finish the work.
