There was some wetness around downstairs toilet and it took about 5 minutes to replace the wax ring. We were told that a person would schedule for the pipe repair. Seeing that we were charged $ 800 for a basic service , we decided to dig ourselves. No break!! Just a lot of work for us and a high price for the wrong diagnosis! As always! Buyer be ware! The porch took a week to complete, the men were very courteous and friendly, again. They did a wonderful job. That porch roof will last quite a long time. It is very sturdy. Then I went to Pine Creek Structures and again purchased one only again to be lied to regarding delivery date. I was actually on Facebook and saw an ad that was in East Freedom PA approximately 80 miles east of Pittsburgh. I contacted Stephen regarding the shed he had advertised and was advised it was still available. Stephen took my information and also gave me a veterans discount along with a clearance discount bringing the price of the shed which was a 10'X12' with metal roof and diamond steel skid plate at the door, 2X4 walls with all pressure treated construction cheaper than the two 8'X10' sheds I previously bought. The best part is the new one I just received is constructed much better that those 8'X10' sheds that were here in Pittsburgh. I recently reviewed the 380 Auction and Pine Creek Structures give less than favorable reviews. Very poor customer services and literally lied regarding when it would be delivered. Lakeview Sheds & Vinyl Products actually delivered my shed in less than 10 days, I received a larger shed, better built, for less money. The man above was definable watching over me. I highly recommend Stephen and Daniel who delivered my shed, leveled it out and made sure I was satisfied. 380 Auction and Pine Creek Structures truly did not care for my business and buying from a great company 80 miles east was well worth the purchase.

So 6 hours later no one ever showed up and so I called again. I said guy never showed up and she said well I gave him the slip to go. She said he was somewhere else and he will be Comming and then I just said no one ever called me to let me know and I wasted all this time waiting for a no show and if this is how you run a business I don't want you  working on my furnace. Only 2 bothered to show up. The one guy was a complete idiot. He was trying to fill the system knowing everything was broken. Luckily he didn't flood our house due to the severity of the breaks. Needless to say, he was out! Steve showed up and explained everything in detail. I was impressed by his knowledge. We also needed a plumber with a crew, because of the amount of damage. Me and my husband hired s.meyers to replace a sewer line after they left we noticed the house was…read morecold so we tried the thermostat which did nothing to help i call s.meyers to send a technician out to see what the issue was but before the technician came we decided to trouble shoot the boiler using the owner's manual to see what would cause a new boiler to stop functioning and the manual mentioned a tiny power switch located in the control panel that was turned off intentionally no one else had access to my boiler except the crew that had worked in my home and had knowledge of the cut off switch i nor my husband knew about this switch until we read the manual and it can't turn it self off they tried to sabotage my heating system don't trust them they fix one thing and destroy another as for the sewer line i have no complaints but the boiler is a separate issue use with caution
