There was some wetness around downstairs toilet and it took about 5 minutes to replace the wax ring. We were told that a person would schedule for the pipe repair. Seeing that we were charged $ 800 for a basic service , we decided to dig ourselves. No break!! Just a lot of work for us and a high price for the wrong diagnosis! As always! Buyer be ware! I was experiencing a very strong sewer gas smell in my home that ultimately ended up being stagnant…read morewater beneath the foundation. Until it was finally determined though, the smell and the symptoms it was causing, required me to keep all my windows open during cold, snowy weather. Brian Hale and his crew came several times to try and help me figure out the cause because I thought it was a sewer gas leak. They were all very patient and knowledgeable with reasonable and fair pricing. They tested the indoor plumbing and felt the issue was below the foundation (which did end up being the case), which was outside their scope of work since it wasn't a plumbing issue. Brian in particular was very respectful, humble, knowledgeable, and helpful in answering my many questions as I was desperate to find a cause and solution to the problem. I would definitely highly recommend and hire them again for plumbing issues due to their professionalism, respectful and helpful attitudes, plumbing knowledge, quick response, and fair pricing. I also called them again this morning because I had an emergency water pipe breakage. I can not recommend this business enough. I called with a job that was left unfinished and leaking…read moreby a previous plumber. I was so relieved to have Hunter out to have a look at my problem as he came with the solution to fix it. I felt like he took my problem seriously, and I felt particularly prioritized especially considering my experience with a plumber just days before due to my hot water heater going out. The plumber that came to the call before hunter came to save the day left an uninstalled, not-completely working unit down in my basement after taking my money. Hunter priced his services so absolutely well I just, side note, if he will take accept it, tip this man if you can! Haha. Anyways. Hunter installed the unit and realized at the end that it was not fully working. Instead of giving up or leaving me and my 2 year old with out hot water any longer, he called the water heater company, sourced the missing part, got me a warranty on the heater (I am still jaw-dropped about all of this- I could not have asked for better service, and he was kind. That goes a long way, even my dog liked him), and after sourcing and obtaining the part he still found a way to save me money by getting me a rebate on the part that was missing. He went above and beyond in a moment when he truly did not have to. I just had a plumber before him try and scam me for a lot of money to do this. Hunter did the job a million times better than anyone else actually would - and he priced it beyond fair. I cant say for sure, but I believe he even stayed past when he normally works to make sure our water tank was full. My two year old son was also incredibly grateful to bathe in his own home that evening, as opposed to us going over to our recent routine of going over to our neighbors to shower together quickly. Trust me, he too much prefers his baths at home. It is much preferred for the both of us. I truly, truly, truly can not recommend this place enough. There is literally no one else I will ever call for this stuff. Hes the type of guy youre proud to pay well.
