We have a slow sewer! A camera was placed only about 15 feet into a pipe that is at least 50 feet long. A diagnosis of a broken pipe in that area was made. There was some wetness around downstairs toilet and it took about 5 minutes to replace the wax ring. We were told that a person would schedule for the pipe repair. Seeing that we were charged $ 800 for a basic service , we decided to dig ourselves. No break!! Just a lot of work for us and a high price for the wrong diagnosis! As always! Buyer be ware! I had a new laundry center and machine did not work. The electrian came and had a second guy come to figure out what was wrong. They spent a few hours here but figured out the problem. Our sink sprung a leak and they came and fixed it immediately. The first time didn't take so they sent someone else to fix the pin hole.

The Knisely & Sons technicians recently installed in my home a new Lennox XP25 HVAC (Heat Pump) with a Lennox "iComfort" WiFi Thermostat. They said that the installation would take 2 days, yet they arrived at 6:30 A.M., on the first day and had the system up and running by 5:30 P.M., that same day! They only had to return the next day for a brief "fine tuning" and check of the system operation. We could not be happier with the new heating/cooling system and especially with the 21st Century Thermostat that factors in Indoor and Outdoor temperatures along with Indoor Humidity to provide a constant "feels like" temperature night and day throughout the house. With WiFi, my iPhone can monitor and control the temperature from almost anywhere! I will also receive Alerts if the house temperature gets too cold or too hot while away from home. I recently had the power go out in my garage and the usual fixes were not working. This qualified as an emergency for me because my mother is in a wheelchair and the only way in or out of the house for her is the lift in the garage which was not working. I called Knisely because I had seen their ads on tv. To my surprise, someone was at my door within the hour. He was super nice and very good at his job. He had the problem identified and fixed in about an hour. The bill was surprisingly reasosnable. Often in an emergency situation, price gouging is a problem, but not with these guys.
