Restroom locked so no paper towels to clean up so I nearly slipped on puddle of water... Here 3 hours no restroom for personal use... I've been coming here for over 3 years. Never had a experience like this. I drive 30 minutes to use this facility because it's clean and has suitable machines for heavy linens. I beleive I'll be looking elsewhere to use a facility that fits my needs...
