Sadly, the shop uses appointments like doctors. Where appointments are for patients, but not for the attending physician. So, I waited a couple of days to get the appointment, and had the truck towed in before the specified time. They never called me, I called them, ONLY to be informed, they never got to my vehicle and it would be the next business day it would be looked at. The shop was closed for the weekend, ugh! I waited until later the Monday afternoon, still no call from them. So, I called again. And, got informed they couldn't look at my vehicle until Tuesday because they were short handed. I finally got a call on Tuesday the truck was ready. When I asked about getting a discount due to the truck languishing in their shop for 2 days, (plus the weekend they were not open). They got really pissy with me about me being irritated due to not getting my truck back "sooner". I was charged the full price. No apologies, MY RECOMMENDATION, IS TO TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. ITS A SHIT-SHOW for customer service. Please explaine to me in specific language exactly what an APPOINTMENT is for! They were great at excuses but terrible at service. Never use them!

Just outside of Ocala I noticed I was leaking antifreeze. It was late so I got a hotel room. Having just put in a new radiator a few days before I was hoping it wasn't that. Looked under the car and it looked like it was leaking from the water pump. I called and ordered a new pump and hoses and had them overnighted to the hotel. Then I got out my MGA club membership directory and looked for a member close by who could recommend a shop. The person who answered told me there was a fantastic place in downtown Ocala and texted me their name and number. Of course it was this place. The next morning I put antifreeze in and drove over just before they opened. Thankfully they were there, and it was the cleanest shop I've ever been in. I even made the remark that you could eat off of the floor. I went in the office and the manager, Mark, greeted me nicer than I ever could expect from such an obviously busy place. Told him my story and told him I have parts coming in. He said he'd get right on it and let me know before I had to check out of the hotel what was wrong in case I had to spend another night. Rented a car from enterprise around the corner, who he called and they picked me up. Went back to the hotel and the package was there. Took it back to him and they had already had my car in and saw it was only a hose. I gave him the three hose kit and asked to have all installed and left. I waited until after lunch to go back and the car was ready. He could've told me the water pump was bad or anything. At this point he knew I live about 200 miles from them and their chances of seeing me again were slim. My bill was just for labor and less than a hundred bucks but I was treated like a VIP and they took care of someone in trouble and did what they could to get me back on the road. After a few attempts I started looking elsewhere and found an awesome repair facility in Spring Hill called Bills European Autoworks. They work on all European models including Mercedes, Audi, Jaguar, Porsche etc. Let me tell you I am so glad the this car clinic advertises the wrong number or maybe they went out of business but the place I took my Jaguar to was amazing! The people there are incredibly honest and trust-worthy and treat you and your vehicle with the utmost respect! Not a spot of grease or oil got on anywhere on the car much less my interior! Their prices are VERY reasonable. The work was done properly and actually EARLIER than the time it was promised! They did all the paperwork, emailing and phone calls to my extended warranty company as well as sent pics and videos of the repairs needed as required. There was NO back and forth as they completed all the paperwork with required video and pic verification of the scope of work that it needed, parts list and labor charges. A day and a half later they received the authorization from the warranty company to proceed with the repairs. They dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" so the warranty company could make a rapid decision! The work was not only completed ahead of schedule but it was completed excellently! I am going to return to Bill's European Autoworks in Springhillfor even the smallest of service. It's too bad Ocala doesn't have a reputable place like this. I hope this review helps you.
