Dave, my tow truck driver was outstanding. He arrived nearly 20 minutes early and had my truck on his Flatbed in 5 minutes. He then took my truck and myself to a nearby Toyota dealership, exactly where it needed to be. He carefully backed it in right under the lights and security cameras as I had a pickup truck bed full of personal belongs (I was in the process of moving out of state). Once there he gave me some time to grab some things for an overnight stay. Then he took me to a hotel by the dealership which was perfect. If that weren't enough, he waited at the hotel to make sure there was a room available. Dave, if you're reading this, I truly thank you for looking out for me that night, humanity doesn't go un-noticed, you're great at your job, and that also doesn't go un-noticed. On Thanksgiving day, while exiting I75, and turning onto GA/FL Parkway, on our way to Tallahassee, I managed to slash the inner sidewall of a tire. As our new vehicle did not have a spare tire, we were stranded. After coming to a stop effectively in the middle of nowhere in Cordele, on a holiday, I contacted AAA. We were fortunate enough to receive answer quickly, and S&D Towing was dispatched to us. After an understandable hour and a half wait on the holiday, Riley arrived to assist us. Riley was extremely pleasant, polite and assisted us with getting on our way. Along the two hour ride, Riley was conversational, polite and made the up to that point unfortunate situation rather pleasant. I cannot sing enough praise for Riley's handling of the situation. I have to say I recommend and back this company way more than 100%! My daughter and I broke down on Thanksgiving Day and was stuck on Turnpike for over 9hours had to get a hotel room last night. AAA told us none of the companies wanted to take a 120mile trip because of the holidays. But who cares about a stuck family lol! Anyways the next day AAA finally found THE ONLY COMPANY who would take this trip a 24 hour Towing company called S & D Towing in Lenox GA. They cover all over Georgia!! What a great company to do business with. On a trip from Iowa to South Florida my pick up truck had issues along I-75 at rest area 6. The owner came out and towed my back into town to a auto parts store where I managed to change out the radiator in the parking lot only to find I had further problems, a blown head gasket and maybe worse. Later he came back and towed my truck to my home in Pompano Beach, FL. It was a costly tow but no more than any other towing business. And the service was all handled very professionally.
