He was so polite and helpful. When we were able to get to my car to clean in out several hours later, Ray stood in the rain and held the flashlight as we got everything out of my totaled car. He asked if I had anything, I said yes but I will be honest. The seat belt snatched my 1 ct diamond off my necklace and it is either in this car or on I75. I asked for him to please look for it when it was daylight and not raining. I chopped it up as a loss. Ray called me today at lunch and said he found my diamond. I just started crying. Ray and all at Hazel's employees have been the nicest people I have ever had to deal with in such a bad situation. It speaks volumes that a person would find the diamond and call to return it. Ray and the Hazel family are respectful, honest people and you give them a call if you ever need them. thank you from the bottom of my heart. Shelley Americus GA

5 STARS -- And Trust Me, I Was NOT Happy to See Y'all!…read more Let me start by saying, nobody wants to meet the repossession company. There was absolutely NO part of me saying, "I can't wait to visit Artis Recovery!" But life has a funny way of introducing you to good people under some not-so-good circumstances. And I have to give credit where credit is due. From beginning to end, the people at Artis Recovery in Tifton, Georgia treated me with kindness, patience, dignity, and respect. They never made me feel embarrassed, talked down to me, or treated me like I was just another vehicle or account number. A very special shout-out to Danielle and her husband, Devin. Danielle was incredibly patient with me throughout this entire situation. She communicated with me, answered my questions, and showed me genuine compassion during a situation that was already stressful enough. Devin was just as kind and helpful. They both went above and beyond, and those small acts of kindness meant more to me than they probably realize. And YES... I GOT MY CAR BACK! So thankfully, this story has a happy ending! Would I recommend getting your car repossessed just so you can experience their customer service? ABSOLUTELY NOT. Pay that car note, people! But if life ever puts you in an unfortunate situation where you have to deal with a recovery company, I can honestly say that I'm grateful the company I had to deal with was Artis Recovery. You never know what someone is going through, and treating people with dignity during one of their difficult moments says a lot about a person and a business. Danielle & Devin -- thank you both for being good people when you didn't have to be. Your kindness did not go unnoticed. Five stars for Artis Recovery. ALSO TO ALL BANKS LET ME ADD I am a hard catch! HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Because THEY ARE INDEED GOING TO RECOVER YOUR WHIP!! If they can catch me they can catch Everybody! Great people. Unfortunate meeting circumstances. But definitely great people!
