Brought my 2017 Chevy in for service on Monday night, Nov. 3rd, 2025, for my service appointment…read morethe next day. I had made the service appointment about a week in advance. My car was making a squeaking noise that I had thought was a suspension issue due to the accident I was in over a year ago. My service advisor was very kind but the experience was awful. The vehicle was not diagnosed until the end of the day on Nov, 6th. It needed brake pads, and it was going to be a full week until they got the brake pads on either Wednesday, November 12th, or Thursday, the 13th. I don't understand why it would take a whole week for the dealer to get brake pads. You would think the suppliers would be able to get them there faster. They also do not offer loaner cars anymore so your stuck without a ride just waiting on the part unless you want to drive all the way back to pick up the car until the part arrives. The part did not come in until Thursday the 13th and my service advisor called me to let me know the technician had accidently ordered 2 sets of rear brake pads instead of one set for both front and rear. Not a big deal, I understand people make mistakes, but now I'm stuck even longer without a car. Was told they overnighted the front pads and it would be done Monday November 17th for sure. Keep in mind they should've went ahead and done the rear brakes so all that would be left is the front when the front pads came in. I called at the end of the day on Monday, November 17th (around 5pm as service dept. closes at 5:30) and they said it looks like it wasn't quite ready. That is insane. All my car was brought in for was brake pads and to check my 12v battery. The next day, I spoke with the service manager, and while he was nice, all I kept getting was I'm sorry and I understand. Nothing was offered to rectify the situation. No loaner, no rental car reimbursement, no coupon for like a silly tire change or something. Shouldn't have taken a week to get brake pads when AutoZone down the road has them in stock. I also shouldn't have to be left without a car an additional 4 days because the wrong part was ordered. I wouldn't be upset if a loaner or rental car reimbursement was offered, but nothing. He said it will definitely be done today, on Tuesday, November 18th. While the car was ready at the very end of the day on the 18th, it shouldn't have taken that long. Apparently, they didn't even start the rear brakes until that day. It would've been ready sooner if that had already been done and should've been done when that part came in. I have no issues with the service itself but if I am paying $622 for brake pads (front and rear) at the dealer, I expect better service. Especially when I can buy the parts for $90 at AutoZone instead of the $199 charged for parts and get them installed cheaper at Mavis. Never had to wait this long for brakes on the GMC, or the Mercedes I had. Taking 2 whole weeks just to replace brake pads is actually insane, and I am thoroughly upset that nothing was done to rectify the situation as a customer.

If I could give NO stars I would!! Dirty South Kustoms has to be the absolute worst business in…read moreTifton. I would advise everyone to NEVER use them for anything pertaining to suspension or an alignment. Not only is John Lowe(older guy) a COMPLETE LIAR... He's RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, won't admit when he is wrong and a total SCAM "shop". I took my truck there to have an alignment done, rotate and balance my tires, patch tire and put wheel spacers in. They couldnt put my spacers in because they were too LOSE so they RECOMMENDED a 2inch. Since they were doing the rest of the work I agreed for them to go ahead and put them on. They charged me $125.00 for the same spacers I could have went online and purchased for 69.99. They said they did an alignment but clearly you could see that the factory wheel alignment locks were still in place. They said because I have a 22 year old truck that it would not drive like a new one. I know that but it should have NEVER been worse than when I dropped it off. When asked how can I get an alignment done the correct way they kept saying that the front end needed to be replaced. Once they were told the front in had been replaced they responded by saying that it was not and they didnt care who told them it was. They never asked for the truck to be brought back up there, never offered in any way to make it right. Just called the truck a "piece of shit." If you take your truck here to have work done. Make sure you double check everything. Make sure your parts are actually those name brand parts they are selling to you! Make sure if you ask for an alignment you actually get an alignment. To the next victim of theirs the BOXES ARE ALL SUPPOSE TO BE GREEN FOR THE FRONT TIRES with an alignment!!!

Go to DelToro Tire instead! These guys are HORRIBLE. Faye started cussing and screaming at us…read morewithin seconds of asking questions about the situation. Our customer is standing there while He/She is screaming and cussing at us on the phone (very unprofessional). I can't begin to imagine how horrible of an experience our customer had there whey he/she screams and cusses at us over the phone.. So embarrassing. I have been in the industry for 23 years and ship 20-30 sets of wheels and tires a day throughout the US, yes, we make mistakes, everyone does but its how they are handled. I sent a customer we had, that lived in there area, to them to link some OEM sensors swapped into the wheels and tires we sold them. (we installed the incorrect ones on the initial sale, our mistake, took full responsibility and credited back the customer $300). These guys said ALL the sensors were dead and not reading and upsold the customer there own aftermarket sensors for $247.32 additional (robbery). I would avoid these guys at all cost very sneaky and clearly incompetent technicians and outdated tools.
