I dropped my truck off on a Friday, and they said it would most likely take 2-3 days to fix, including time to buy parts, but since they were a bit understaffed, she was going to promise me it done by the following Friday. I was fine with that. The Thursday before the promise date, I called to ask what time I could pick up my truck at. It was then (only after I called them) I was informed that they hadn't even started work yet. That's when I informed them I needed it for a work trip by the following Wednesday. Knowing it was in a rush, they decided... to not start until 3 o'clock Monday. Unsurprisingly, they didn't have it fixed before the work trip.

A gentleman who put my spare on for me a year ago in a parking curb vs. tire situation recommended Del Toro on Moore Hwy. They solved the problem then with quality and courteousy. This time, they didnt have on hand a set or a replacement for my small size tires. They could have them Monday. I am not local. When I said I would continue looking, Del Toro asked me if I'd like them to put my spare on. I stopped somewhere in between for service. I didn't buy what they were selling. I mentioned the tread that peeled off and the wires sticking out. I said I had a spare but no jack. I left there on a dangerous tire and made it to Del Toro on Carpenter Road. I left Del Toro Tire and made it safely home to other gentlemen I know who will help me get the right repair at a fair value. If i were local, I would be there Monday for my replacemnt set of tires.
