Robert H…read more When a tire on our rental vehicle was losing pressure while traveling from Tampa to Memphis, we were so lucky to find the caring folks at this automotive shop. Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). We were on our way in 15 minutes with a professionally repaired tire for a reasonable price. Salt of the earth, caring people who were eager to help. I would highly recommend their shop, service and caring nature.

A gentleman who put my spare on for me a year ago in a parking curb vs. tire situation recommended Del Toro on Moore Hwy. They solved the problem then with quality and courteousy. This time, they didnt have on hand a set or a replacement for my small size tires. They could have them Monday. I am not local. When I said I would continue looking, Del Toro asked me if I'd like them to put my spare on. I stopped somewhere in between for service. I didn't buy what they were selling. I mentioned the tread that peeled off and the wires sticking out. I said I had a spare but no jack. I left there on a dangerous tire and made it to Del Toro on Carpenter Road. I left Del Toro Tire and made it safely home to other gentlemen I know who will help me get the right repair at a fair value. If i were local, I would be there Monday for my replacemnt set of tires. They gave me excellent advice as well. Thank you Del Toro Tires for your kindnesses and expertise during my distressing day. Definate bright spot.
