Fearing a lengthy delay, and at age 81 not eager to have to change a tire on the side of an interstate highway, we were led to Fausett's with the help of an online search. A kind lady in the office quickly addressed our situation and concern, then directed an attendant to diagnose the issue (imbedded nail). They're just super sweet guys there they weren't allowed to check my oil level, but I don't know how to do that but they still they helped me open and closed my hood, which is really heavy. He was there in 20 minutes and explained that it was the alternator. Calvin went above and beyond when he took the spare battery from his truck and charged ours, followed us to the nearest motel to make sure we were safe, arrived in the morning with the part and expertly replaced the alternator for a great price! We cannot say how grateful we were! Calvin is good people. We highly recommend him. We are on our way today before noon after something that could have ruined our trip.
