I was in town for a business trip and wanted to get my car washed and cleaned up. I paid $30 for…read morethe supreme wash. However, I was extremely disappointed that after I got my car washed, there were no towels at any of the bays closest to the one I was at. I went looking around trying to find someone to help and this guy was on his phone so I really wasn't sure he was an employee, but as I got closer, he just put his phone down and asked me if he could help me and I told him that there were no towels at any of the three bays that I just passed. He just pointed to one of the stalls that had towels. So after I got me a handful of towels, I went and dried and vacuumed my car. But once again, I was inconvenienced as one of the vacuums on the passenger side of my car did not work so I had to pull into another bay. I actually pulled into two more bays before I found a vacuum that worked. Oh, and none of the little air sprayer things worked in any of the stalls. They really need to fix their equipment and keep the bays equipped with towels and all things needed for a successful wash and dry. I will not be back to this Tidal Wave because nothing works. By the way, I noticed other people getting in their cars and driving to different bays because of the lack of working vacuums. Oh, and I went on a Wednesday at like 5 o'clock, so it was not busy at all, so no excuse for towels not being stocked.
