However, I was extremely disappointed that after I got my car washed, there were no towels at any of the bays closest to the one I was at. I went looking around trying to find someone to help and this guy was on his phone so I really wasn't sure he was an employee, but as I got closer, he just put his phone down and asked me if he could help me and I told him that there were no towels at any of the three bays that I just passed. He just pointed to one of the stalls that had towels. So after I got me a handful of towels, I went and dried and vacuumed my car. But once again, I was inconvenienced as one of the vacuums on the passenger side of my car did not work so I had to pull into another bay. I actually pulled into two more bays before I found a vacuum that worked. Oh, and none of the little air sprayer things worked in any of the stalls. They really need to fix their equipment and keep the bays equipped with towels and all things needed for a successful wash and dry. I will not be back to this Tidal Wave because nothing works. By the way, I noticed other people getting in their cars and driving to different bays because of the lack of working vacuums. Oh, and I went on a Wednesday at like 5 o'clock, so it was not busy at all, so no excuse for towels not being stocked.

Read before spending the $$$$…read more Revising my rating. I had Cory come out for "my annual maintenance" a few months back. Initially I was pretty happy with it, not like I was on his first treatment that was incredible. But for $2000 plus a large tip it should have been. I also question any reviews without pictures! This year he was here and said he had "new and better ceramic" than he hid last year. He was in and out of my house in 4-5 hours. Last year he had the truck for 3 days. It was roughly $1800 ($1300 from Ford for door damage they did and had to be repainted). The last $500 came from me. Fast forward to today. I wanted to get the front end wrapped in the clear protective product. They told me they couldn't do it since I already had ceramics on the truck and it would not stick. They came and ran their fingers over it and said "you had 9H ceramic put on this truck twice in two years?" I said yes. They said well the clear will HAVE NO PROBLEM sticking to this truck. That should not have been the case! So now after the clear protectant goes on I am RE-DOING THE FULL CERAMIC on my truck with a 2 year coating for the same cost as my original coating with Wash Ninja (who really is a one man shop. Cory speaks in "we and us" but it is only him doing the work) Do yourself a favor and go to a business with a facility to do your Ceramic INSIDE. Find another Ceramic Coating business to go to. Revised review. Fully read update above! Wash Ninja is not your everyday detailer. Wash Ninja is FAR beyond anything that you could expect. The level of professionalism, pride, and quality of work are second to none. I did something that most people may be hesitant to do. Myself included. I took a brand new ~$100,000 Custom ordered 2022 Ford Superduty F-250 Platinum with the Tremor package and dropped it off for three days with Wash Ninja. I will not lie; I was a little nervous about handing over the keys of my dream truck to someone I had never met before. After meeting Cory and the subsequent conversations, the level of professionalism and attention to detail changed that nervousness into comfort. Wash Nija delivered my truck back in, well, stunning condition. The pictures do not do the truck justice. You cannot reproduce the visual effect of the ceramic coatings in an image. Wash Ninja is not the cheapest service out there. Ask yourself this: "I have one shot at doing this right, and the company could ruin my vehicle with the right tools in the wrong hands. Is that a risk I am willing to take?" If your answer is "I am not willing to take a chance" (and you really should not be), then stop your search for the right company now. Don't waste more time researching and calling around. Sure, check out their reviews. I have yet to see another company or business of any kind with all 5-star reviews.

They are located on the corner so make sure you enter from Tebeau Street and exit onto State Street (Ossie Davis Pkwy). The water pressure was horrendous and was surging the entire time, the foaming brush shot little spurts of watered down soap that smelled like straight SEWAGE. The rinse water didn't smell so there must be something beyond foul in the soap dispenser. I would also suggest double checking the timer with a timer on your phone because it seemed to count down much faster than other car washes that I'm used to. With the poor water flow you're also going to use way more time rinsing and it doesn't have enough power to even knock off big bugs. Is a nice looking facility, someone just needs to keep it up and running better. I didn't bother calling any number because I'm just passing through town and not trying to sit here and wait for some scumbag to come argue with me. He said that he could do the work but I'd have to contact Edwardo but he was out of town at the moment. This was on a Wednesday. I texted and got no reply so I called and left a message. My call was returned about 4 hours later. We scheduled for me to be at his location on Friday morning at 9:00am. I was there a few minuets early. At 9am nobody was there. At 9:45 I left a note on his door stating that we has a 9am appointment and I was disappointed. At 12:45 I got a text asking me if I was at his shop earlier. I replied yes and that I had made a special trip (26 miles each way). His reply "Sorry about that we left early to do some mobile since we havent been at the shop because I just open". Martinez Car Wash cannot be counted on to honor an appointment. I know of people that have scheduled their mobile service and Martinez never showed up but I thought it was different because I traveled to THEIR shop. It goes to their credibility, or the lack there of. I cannot give a good rating to anyone that stands me up or does not have the respect to call me if there is an issue. I cannot recommend Martinez Car Wash because of they cannot be trusted to do the work as promised. Find another car wash! I cannot recommend Las Banderas either because of their low quality work.
