This seemed reasonable since the other car wash I used was brushless but I had no clue how this one operated. Once inside the wash, I watched the machinery brake my antenna. They said they would take care of it when I bought it to their attention on 3 different occasions but they have completely blown me off. I do not recommend this vendor as their employees obviously don't know what they are doing nor are they will to resolve issues or damaged caused by their equipment. I wouldn't make such a big deal of this except I specifically asked their staff about removing any equipment PRIOR to entering the wash.

First of all before I say anything, I just want to say that I'm not being paid or told by anyone to…read moresay anything in this review, this is from my real experiences and from my heart. It's hard to find genuine reviews these days, but this is one of them. Grant made the whole process incredibly easy! He got me scheduled quickly, I dropped my car off in the morning, and it was fully tinted front to back perfectly. That whole process was done within 24 hours of time, and all at a great price! No weeks of waiting required like at other sad excuses of tint shops. The level of quality and professionalism was outstanding here. If you need fast, genuinely high quality ceramic window tint, this is absolutely the place to go. I've had terrible experiences at other tint shops where just the work alone took over 7 hours, had to be redone multiple times, had to be scheduled weeks in advance, or ended up being terrible quality (or all of the above in one case). One place even ended up breaking my window, and another one said "your back window is not glass, you have to do custom vinyl dots" which is the expensive route, even though it's literally glass. Grant ended up tinting my back window for me just to prove that other places are full of crap. This whole experience really made me appreciate the level of care and efficiency Grant provides. If you want tint done right the first time (which also comes with a warranty by the way), I highly recommend him at Bo & Mike's. He's genuinely a tint expert, he's NOT going to lie to you like other places do, his prices are very fair, and he's super professional and cares about you and your vehicle on a personal level.

I spoke with Jonathan and he is friendly and knowledgeable as ever. I stated that I needed to get a major factory service maintenance done but I also wanted to get a few other big ticket items done. He wrote up a quote and texted it to me within the hour. I was able to text Jonathan back and confirm an appointment. Since the service was going to take all day I inquired about utilizing the shuttle back home. Jonathan let me know that they offer a service where they're able to pick up my car and deliver it upon completion. As a parent, not having to load up the car to spend hours at the mechanic is a blessing. Fast forward to service day and Elliot picked up the car promptly. Later that afternoon I get a text showing their inspection report with PICTURES taken of OEM items used, air filters, tire levels, brake pad levels, etc. Talk about TRANSPARENCY. Kudos to Royalty Auto Service. I've never had a dealership or mechanic do that. So amazing job! Once service was completed I got a call to schedule payment and for vehicle drop off. Paid my invoice online and 20 mins later my car is being backed up into my driveway. I didn't get the name of the amazing young lady (sorry) but she was amazing. She left a rose, a bear and thanked me for giving their shop a try. Royalty Auto Service I will be returning for any future need. THANK YOU guys! You went above and above! TLDR: friendly, easy, transparent, thorough quality work, amazing customer service, car pick up/drop off is a gem. Do NOT hesitate giving Royalty a shot!

My neighbor recommended them highly as he takes his vehicles there so I thought I'd give them a shot. My initial contacts were with Jonathan and Jim. Jonathan told me that they would do an inspection of the vehicle to determine what kind of service may be necessary besides what I brought the car in for. To my amazing surprise they did a full nose to tail inspection of my vehicle with detailed photos and suggestions for maintenance and must do servicing. I dropped off my car and got a ride back to my home by a young lady by the name of Carrie and a young man named Elliot. My experience to that point was incredibly positive as they were all very professional and thorough. Both Chris and Jonathan kept me posted as we went along as to the status. I picked up my car once completed, and the car was completely cleaned throughout. It he rose on the dash was a nice touch of class. The moral to the story is you get what you pay for.
