Fender was not attached on one side and held on by just 1 screw with several holes in trailer siding. Tongue was spray painted black and parts were unpainted and peeling up. Tongue and rear propane cage rusted after 3 weeks. Contacted Douglas Trailers multiple times, employee turnover is an issue. Company does not want to work on issues unless I miss work and drive 12 hours to take it and then get hotel room for a couple days while they work on it, all out of pocket costs to me. Asked them to send new window and I would have it installed here and they would not. Asked if they could send a driver to get it and they would not. Sent them photos of damages that were taken by the dealer and were dated and time stamped, proving trailer was delivered with damages. Douglas Trailers does not produce quality work. All damages were result of poor installation and failure to use due care. They boast about producing 20 trailers a day, but they are knocking these things out and hole punching them as quickly as they can and slopping them together very poorly. Pride of craftsmanship is clearly lacking, meanwhile the concession trailers are the faces of our business and first impressions matter. Reputation apparently does not matter to them, as long as they are collecting that dollar! I will NEVER recommend this company and encourage buyers to purchase elsewhere.
