We brought up a list of examples and asked them to fix them before we took delivery, they were Not very happy about this and told us they were too busy but would get around to it after lunch, (it was 9:00am) About 3:20pm they had a few items semi corrected and said that's all they could do. They beat the prices in New York by about $2,300, and they are beating the prices of the other trailer companies in their area by about $900 for this trailer. Cheryl was outstanding and took care of most of the ordering and financial details over the phone and through email and text. I met Garrett when I was there and he took care to show me everything about the trailer and answered all my questions and got me all set up and on the road.
