Paul called me a liar and told me himself trailer was junk. Paul stated it was a bad company and he sells them. Stay clear this guy has so many issues and you will see in all the pictures we will post and his emails to me . HE IS DROP SHIPPER not a business . DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER . STUCK ME WITH A TRAILER THAT WAS IN AN ACCIDENT . Now he is harrasing me in my emails. We have to get lawyer and DMV involved to take care of this matter. Paul made a deal with me and I accepted. Three times I have removed my feedback at his request and as soon as I agree to the deal and remove my review he takes the deal back. Do not trust him he doesn't care what gets drop shipped to you. He will not believe you if it's damaged. He told me I had to bring the trailer myself to Georgia in order for the warranty to work. Verbally abusive and throwing accusations about me using a trailer that hasn't even been registered yet or do we have trailer hitches for our cars. Keep grasping Paul. Shame on you.

Unfortunately what was a good car buying experience went horribly down hill when we had to have any…read morework done by the service department. This is the most completely inept group of people in one place I have ever seen. I purchased a used Kia along with the extended warranty. Every time I try to have any work done I get jacked around. One person tells me they don't work on Kia, another quotes me how much it cost. When I say I have an extra warranty they look blankly at me. They obviously have the worst computer system ever because they lose appointments, don't call when parts come in, loss the parts and can never find my warranty that is attached to my car. Unfortunately this service department has made certain that I will never buy another car from Walker Jones ever and I will make sure that I encourage anyone else looking to buy to go elsewhere too.
