I was impressed from the first with Jackson, the technician who came to give us quote on repairs at our rental house. He was kind and professional as he checked the issue and also observed and quoted several other needed repairs. The quotes were clear and quick. He did such a good job that I called him when we ran into some repairs above our skill level at our residence. He arrived on time, diagnosed the issues, gave me several quote options for additional items and had the jobs finished within a few hours. I have been very pleased with my interactions with all aboard. Brycen was great and made what I thought was going to be a home re-finance job into something we were able to handle. So today, Tony came by for an inspection and made sure my sister's HVAC system was running as it should. I had her sign up for the same plan as ours. Tony was also very friendly and reassuring. Being senior citizens, sometimes we are not treated well - but these guys? They made us feel special and that's a big deal to us. Tony was not rushed and explained everything to us. I have dealt with one of the "BIG GUYS HVAC" companies in the past, and was very disenchanted with the whole scare tactics they employed. I was fed up with the company recommended by our home insurance carrier after three winters of our furnace out more than it was working, while being nickel&dimed to death, being stood up, shamed, and literally shouted at by that company... so I got a second opinion and was horrified to learn our furnace had a crack in the heat exchanger and for our safety the gas had to be shut off. The original company said they'd be back in *three weeks* to give us a quote. With freezing weather approaching, and me with a serious heart condition I was DONE! I deeply appreciate her compassionate understanding. Called them back for a drain brake between kitchen and basement. Came home to find that the kitchen sink was broken (couldn't turn it on - water coming out). My daughter was told by plumber to tell me that I needed to replace the "cheap" faucet. Needless to say, "I" was not called and told, sorry we accidently broke your kitchen faucet or what can we do to help. I had to go to store and purchase another faucet and install it myself to have kitchen sink work. I am paying the repair cost, but WILL NOT be seeking anything further services from Wasatch.

At my first house I had them assess, putting in a new toilet in my basement, which required the foundation to be opened up, but instead of charging me for the labor, he let me borrow the tools to do the job and not charge me a thing. Then just this week I had a natural gas line corroded and I had received multiple quotes from companies that were charging extravagant costs and Mark was able to coordinate someone to come to my house and get it done in less than two hours at less than half the cost what I had been quoted earlier. The tech called and said it would be $850 plus $95 service fee so I called a friend who owns a company 150 miles away and said what should this cost to have my unit cleaned . He said $99-$175! ‍ So I put on Facebook any recommendations and got a one man show company that came and cleaned for $99 and no service charge fee. ‍‍‍ I do have to say when I called SOS to cancel my appointment to repair they waived the service charge fee after looking at my scenario so the company does have some good employees.
