Came to repair damage caused by my home builder, crowne communities, apparent incorrect air conditioner install. RZ was great and no issues of any kind. Quality work, quick, and pricing seemed reasonable. In regards to the air conditioning issue that caused a leak due to improper installation, crowne communities went radio silent on me after I notified them of the problem. Not sure why crowne communities would do something like that, and it was the second issue we had with water leaking through our roof due to their build quality. In summary RZ Drywall is great, crowne communities has not been. read more

This family business was great. On time and professional and helped repair ceiling damage in my home from a roof leak. They were able to replace insulation and patch and resurface the dry wall. Regellio had given me a quote through text after seeing a photo of the damage. When he came out for repairs two days later, the hole in the ceiling had gotten bigger. My experience with RZ Drywall was fantastic. I had them out to replace the insulation and ceiling in one of our closets, as it had been damaged by a recent rainstorm. RZ Drywall has earned our business for any future drywall work we might need. We had a copper pipe burst, soaking my home office ceiling and when I walked in I founding a waterfall of water pouring through my ceiling fan. After cutting multiple holes in my ceiling to find the culprit, I left the holes open for over a month to ensure the studs and entire area was dry. I contacted three contractors, all had 5 stars on Yelp, and received all three bids by the end of the first week of February. I chose a Husband and Wife team based on their assessment of the work and the total project cost which was the lowest bid. It's reassuring to find a competent contractor that not only did a phenomenal job replacing about a third of my ceiling, they perfectly matched the texture leaving the area looking as nothing had happened. My ceiling had water damage from a leak during the last rain storm. The damaged area was approximately 1' x 6'. I did a rough patch job that turned out horrible, so I decided to reach out to the Pros. Rogelio from RZ Drywall was the first to respond to my inquiry and provided a very reasonable quote compared to a few other places. He showed up early the following day and repaired the ceiling without issue. Rogelio was punctual and very professional. He made sure to isolate the repair zone to keep the rest of my house clean and once he finished with the job, he cleaned up everything as if he'd never been there. I was thoroughly impressed and extremely happy with the results. My ceiling looks great as if it had never been damaged. I would definitely hire again for future drywall/ceiling issues. read more

Rogelio is the drywall master craftsman! His work was impeccable and you'd never know that I had three large holes cut into my drywall to repair a plumbing leak. I called RZ Drywall because I needed a 3'x4' hole I'm my ceiling patched. I left a voice message and received a call back very quickly. I spoke with Rogelio, the owner. I was able to send him pictures of the work I needed and he replied back with a quote. The price was very fair so I decided to move forward with RZ Drywall. They were able to fit me into their schedule within 4 days. Rogelio and his wife arrived promptly at 8 am as we discussed and they began setting up to patch the hole. They were very neat and tidy, they hung plastic from the ceiling to protect everything in the room. My biggest concern was wondering if Rogelio was going to be able to match the texture because this was a right in our living room next to our kitchen. If the texture did not match it would be extremely noticeable. Rogelio and his wife did an amazing job and the texture matched perfectly! We were impressed with their work and would highly recommend their services!! I will certainly be keeping RZ Drywall's number in my phone for future projects. Great couple, great work, great value! Rz Drywall came to our house to repair two large drywall seam cracks, a tape crack and repair a hole from relocating a ceiling fan. A painter had tried to fix the large cracks but made it worse. Rogelio and his wife, who are very nice, came in, put down floor protection, masked off our cabinets and got to work. They work like a well oiled machine. No fuss, just quality work at a fair price. I wish I had taken before and after pics because they did a fantastic job. Once the ceiling is painted, we will hard pressed to figure out where the repairs were. Even unpainted, it looks amazing. I can see why RZ has 5 star ratings. He is an expert craftsman who knows what needs to be done, how to do it and has the skills to literally and figuratively make a seamless repair. If you are looking quality drywall repair, stop looking and call RZ. You won't be disappointed. We used RZ Drywall for several repairs throughout our home. Highly recommend. I'm a DIY type of guy, so I was planning on patching and mudding myself after our recent water leak. But after getting all the materials, I realized that it maybe more cost effective to hire someone. Rogelio and his wife were on time for our first appointment for estimate. He was very friendly and even put on shoe covers inside my home. He provided the estimate quickly later that day and it was very reasonable, especially compared to some other crazy bids. Most importantly, he seemed like a honest hard worker. He showed up on time for the project and completed it efficiently and cleanly. No dust anywhere in my house. Walls and ceilings are smooth. He even accommodated my last minute requests for additional work. Time is money for me. I'm sure I could have done the work myself, but it would have taken me all day to do it. I am glad that I found him on Yelp and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. read more

Top quality work. We just had a small patch project. RZ was prompt (got it done the next day), professional, and very skilled (less than two hours). Scope of work: Small job - smooth skim coat in skylight well and imperfect smooth texture around well and other parts of our ceiling where we had drywall repair work done by a family friend. Rogelio and Norma were kind and professional from the very start - they were prompt and had shoe covers on when entering the house, which was such a pro gesture that was highly appreciated. They provided a quote later that day and were available to start work later in the week. On the day of their start date, they covered our floors, covered our countertops and appliances and got to work cleaning up the previous work, re-taping, and adding a proper base coat of mud. Again, absolute pros - great team. They came back the next business day, covered floors, countertops, appliances, and sealed off the kitchen. They sanded and smoothed out the skylight well and textured other parts of the ceiling. Everything was feathered out and blended beautifully. Drywall can be dirty work and I can't emphasize how great of a job they did covering everything and keeping everything as clean as possible. It's HIGHLY appreciated that they took the time to cover everything. I really liked another reviewer's number scale, so I'm going to use it as well: Communication (both verbal + text): 10/10 Punctuality: 10/10 Organization: 10/10 Cleanliness: 10/10 Price + Quality of Work: 10/10 I plan to use RZ Drywall again in the near future and I would recommend them to anyone that needs drywall work / mudding done. Hands down, they were pros and working with them was easy. Thank you Rogelio and Norma! read more

RZ Drywall was responsive and kind from the start! It's a rare find these days in the service industry. Many people are not friendly and in a hurry and only interested in money. These guys were different. So, we hired them to do drywall in our garage, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. Rogelio and his wife texted me when they were on their way to our house. They showed up on time. Put shoe covers on without us having to ask. Gave us a reasonable and fair quote. And when it came time to do the work, they produced great quality workmanship, with texture, and insulation. It only took them two days and the job was done. Thank you for your professionalism. read more

We had some water leakage and the plumbing team opened up the garage ceiling and a wall in the laundry room. RZ dry wall quoted me a very reasonable price, especially after already we spent a lot of money to fix the leak. The work they did was exceptional.
