Kimeron and her daughter Shelby were so great to work with. I had a very simple job - two small areas, one above a glassware cabinet and the other is a backsplash area of a hallway cabinet. It was a very expensive grass cloth paper, and I knew it was going to take professional installation. It should have been a 1/2 day job, but it turned out to be a 3 visit job - not because of their skills, but because the wallpaper turned out to be very problematic. The manufacturer did not give proper instructions on specific glue necessary and consequently even with proper wall preparation and standard glue, the wallpaper would not cooperate or lay down properly. Kimeron was so apologetic and even contacted the manufacturer to explain the problem and get additional information on how to install this very difficult paper. She even got them to mail me another roll of paper at no expense to me. At all times Kimeron was so accommodating and responsible to make sure the job was done properly and that I was happy with the installation. I know she lost money on my job, but she did not hesitate to make multiple visits to get this paper installed correctly. I would highly recommend K and B Wallpaper. read more

When she arrived to install, she notified me that there was already wallpaper on the wall and someone had painted over it. She graciously offered to remove the existing paper and prep the wall at a very affordable cost. Unfortunately for us, this process used up the entire day she had scheduled to install. I hired Kimeron to wallpaper our stairwell after contractors had ruined my old wallpaper. She was a great help with deciding which of three wallpapers to choose. It was a brave choice being art rather than a standard pattern but she was right. She is very professional and always wore her mask and gloves and also very friendly and easy to talk to. She gave us a free estimate and stuck with her quote. She was always on time and worked long hours. Kimeron first had to remove the old wallpaper which I had glued on very well. It took her 8 hours of what looked like grueling work. I'm so glad I didn't decide to do it myself! The walllpaper has a pattern which is very difficult to find but she did and made sure that all the different walls and corners matched up. I would have missed that entirely.
