I reasonably assumed a brand-new, premium television would work out of the box. Instead of standing behind a high-ticket item, their customer service refused to offer any help, exchange, or support, hiding behind Amazon's minimum 30-day policy. Until Jim offered to go get me a TV, bring it to the house, set it up, and I do nothing. And I'd have the new TV next day. Music to my ears. Jim & his son just left my house. They delivered my new Samsung flatscreen, installed it, set up the existing Tivo for me, hauled away my super-heavy old plasma. They were in & out in a flash. They were exactly on time, as always.
