I dropped them off and told the woman working behind the counter that I needed the rings bigger and she just took my rings and didn't ask any questions. A few hours later I got a call, came in and described to another woman what I needed to have done. She said that I would get a call from "Bill" and he would tell me the time frame in which the rings would take to be done. A week and a half later I got a call from "Bill" and all he said was he had questions and when I got a chance to call him back, he was never around. I never got my bands sized, yet they had my rings for over a week. I am now taking them to a well known place I trust in Denver and will never use this place again.

I have no complaints about look, quality or workmanship. Sooo after I spent another $200 for a chain imagine my surprise when we returned the next year and saw my "one of a kind" pendant in the store window when i knew I had left it at home. I'm don't know if one of a kind means they only make one of a kind or What their interpretation of the term means. Therefore I give this store a zero. My pendant is also pictured on their ad.
