Not sure what happened here. I've had good service in the…read morepast, but the last few times I've ordered online they have completely ignored it until I call. Then they look through their email and find it. This last time was the same...and told me they could have it ready the next day. I really needed it so asked when was the earliest I could pick up. They said they opened at 9....but were "usually late." Wasn't super confident at this point as far as customer service went. Which is why I called twice the next morning...as I live 25 minutes from their location. They never answered so I showed up at 930 (just as she got there) and she had no idea about my order. I was less than pleased about my wasted time but she was very apologetic and told me to leave my number so she could give it to the owner and potentially have it done by the afternoon. (Apparently they do the actual work in Farmington and ship it to Durango) Never heard back. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else that actually checks their email orders, does their work on site, and shows up on time. UPDATE after the owner responded... I stated the truth exactly how it went down, and the response from the owner implies I am lying. Perfect ending to a terrible experience!! Go to Basin Printing if you want professionalism.

After receiving one of the products, I realize that I had sent in a missed spelled name. The owners quickly replaced the product at no charge without question. The product was just as I envisioned. Our wedding was perfect and so were our family name badges! In the photo, Father-in-law and his three son-in-laws! Each son-in-law before marrying our daughter has had to endure advice from the future father in law on how to stay married forever. Quite simply.... say two things in response to our daughter's requests...1. "Ok, I Just live here" and 2. "Yes Dear". Second piece of advice, don't mess up and get the two answers mixed up LOL.
