My daughter's iPad stopped working, so I took it to a couple of repair shops and they told me that it was bricked. Without taking any time to troubleshoot, each business told me that it was likely the logic board, and even if it was the battery, they wouldn't be able to repair it without damaging the screen, which then require having to replace both the battery and the screen. This was really shocking how great the service was. Quick response on every phone call, had helpful information and generally more than I knew how to ask. He went through to restore an old laptop of mine as well as scan 13 hard drives and when problems occurred on my drives that made it so data recovery was impossible he didn't charge me at all. I was so glad to find Tech-Nichol. I had insurance on my phone and thought if something was wrong the insurance would cover it. When I realized I had a $250 deductible on anything to do with phone and I just needed a new battery I went searching for an inexpensive fix and found it at Tech-Nichol. My iphone camera was damaged and not working. After Tech-Nichol ordered a new lens, I brought in my iphone and they installed the new lens in about 10 minutes. The camera works perfectly again. The staff also looked at my mac book pro which was having a problem. While they weren't able to fix the issue, they referred me to the Mac Ranch where the problem was resolved. I went to Nash with a screen protector he had put on a few months ago. It was still good, but separating around the edges and I worried that it would get worse while we were out of town. He said he would reglue it, then said he wouldn't be happy with that. He replaced it with a new protector using a better glue, he said. I tried to pay him, but he refused to accept it.
