Horrible!!! Called and Jennifer answered I asked about a project she said they are busy, but could swing by around lunchtime. At 4:00pm I called her and she said she will not make it, no kidding. She told me she will be here between 8:30-9:00 following day. Again a NO SHOW and no call. Is it that difficult to call your potential customer and say you can't make it? I guess so. Woods Landscaping and Design received a $1,500 deposit on 9/2/2015, as of 2/29/2016 no work has been completed. The original discussion with Woods Landscaping and Design called for a 2-3 week completion from the time of deposit, so late September 2015. The initial delay was stated that because we were a 'small' customer we were being pushed back to accommodate larger projects. Not only was our start date delayed significantly, but we had to call regularly for any updates about their whereabouts and future plans. We have asked them to refund our deposit twice, once in November 2015, and again in February 2016. We have attempted to work with them, around their schedule, and ultimately believe they have failed to uphold moral and ethical standards needed to be a successful small company. We simply cannot recommend using their services due to their ethical failings as individuals and as a company. read more
