When we make sauce from scratch, we definitely add sugar to balance the acidity so it right up our alley. Candi is the baker there and she makes everything from scratch. They only had chocolate chip cookies available that afternoon. You can taste the homemade love Candi put into it. There's no sit down area. It's a takeout place but there seemed to be many regulars picking up and Candi knew their names. I witnessed it while waiting for our order. They have a family recipe section where the Butter Chicken is better than any other Indian you can get around here. They should definitely be labeled as a Restaurant, Bar, and Music Venue.
