The phone call charge is not from the repair shop but it is a state law. Obviously, the other reviewer was not aware of this considering he assumed it was because he was in the shower. My overall experience was very good and it was a lot cheaper then when I went to the car dealership. I have recommended Dan's to my family and friends.
