If you need something done within a reasonable time frame, you may want to look elsewhere. UPDATE: Finally, the day arrived to replace and install the new window. And...yes, you've guess it... they cut the glass wrong! They put one pane of the old windows in to tie us over. Let the waiting commence...again. Update 2: they finally installed the window--really only took like 3.5 month, why am I complaining?? Do not use this company. Their post-install was extremely poorly done. They had to come back…read moremultiple times to correct the positioning of our storm door which still does not shut properly. Our kitchen door feels like it is locked often, but it's not, it also was poorly installed so you have to turn the knob and feel the grinding and crunching of metal as you open the door. However, the real issue is with the storm door with retractable screens on top and bottom Window pane. We have dogs and do not use the bottom screen in an effort to prevent damage from dog scratching. However, our HVAC stopped working over the weekend therefore I was excited to use the bottom screen feature so I could place a box fan in front of it as soon as I lift it up the bottom of glass, a black device with a metal tracking guide popped out. I have no idea what it is, but it is certainly strong because when I touched it it coiled and almost ripped my finger off. Matty told me over and over again how proud he was of this Door in the quality and my dogs will never be able to scratch the glass but if they ever do, they will replace it because it's a lifetime warranty on their products. Today Matty said oh well that was everything except for storm doors. With the amount of problems we've had with not only damage to our walls which they did not offer to repair, these have never worked to their full potential. I also forgot they didn't put a storm door chain on our door and had to come back like a third or fourth time to do that. This company is incompetent. Their communication sucks and the quality of their products. I'm just not seeing the hype. We've regretted using this company since the day they came to install Which leads me to our tiny bathroom window they smartly add a sticker that says do not press against the screen. It's probably because it's set with a cheap glue. Our screen has never been attached to the windows since the day they installed it we corrected this on our own because we were sick and tired of dealing with this company and their crap. The storm door was not capped off, nor were we given a bag of inserts to cap off our door and outside bugs crawled up in there and could come in my house through the strike plate on the door frame. I could not believe this. ???? The varnish is also coming off....What is happening?? This is not normal and I refuse to believe otherwise. These doors were EXPENSIVE, honey. I am also married to a man who Preaches quality over quantity. He was happy to spend lots of money on these doors to have good ones. These aren't it. There are too many other options out there to be spending this kind of money and be dealing with this many issues. We are now doing a whole home remodel and we are going to be spending some serious money but the best part is it will not be with Meyer windows and doors . I've taken a long time to write this review as I didn't want to make it out of anger. I've had multiple chances but held back. The fact I was verbally told several times about the lifetime warranty, regardless what is on a contract agreement has put me in a way.... The End.

Had them remove and install new kitchen granite countertops. Communication is their biggest issue…read more There's a few quality issues as well, which Include in the following: 1) They left a huge gap between the New granite top and backsplash. They said they would come to seal it but after a few weeks they still have not come. All I was asking was to have them (professionally) caulk/seal/grout the gap. Nothing more. After multiple text messages to various people and emails, they decide to no show and ignore my calls. See pics. Once they receive your full payment, they are done with you. 2) we smelled a continuous gas leak after they reconnected the stove lines. Had to call Duke Energy to have them come out and fix this. Again, they act as if they're too busy to fix your problems. 3) i was initially told it would take four hours from start to finish on one day only but ended up being two days, essentially all day both days. On the first initial day they ended up being three hours late before I received a phone call, stating that they actually were not coming that day. 4) One piece was mis-measured and there is some mismatch in the granite grain. See pic The rest of the job looks OK though. Price was fair. But considering all the problems I thought I would get a higher level of customer service to fix issues or some Credit or refund for my troubles. I would not use these folks again. Nor would I recommend them.

The estimated wait time for the windows to arrive stayed within schedule and the price and product were fair. The real magic was when the installers arrived. We were told they would be there by 9:15 A.M. They arrived promptly and hit the ground running. The crew of four unloaded 16 windows, equipment , and tools and started removing the old windows. They were very careful both inside and out to not damage or disturb landscaping on the exterior and household items inside. They worked in a structured and professional manner and cleaned up as they progressed. When finished I was taken on a tour of the home and had a couple of manufacturer defects/scratches that I may or may not have noticed, pointed out in the window glass itself and they assured me new pieces would be ordered to rectify this minor issue They estimated they would finish up by 4:30 PM and the trucks actually pulled out at that exact time having left my rooms as clean if not cleaner than when they arrived. The experience of this crew gave me a total sense of confidence in my decision to go with The Western Hills Window Company. All in all I can't imagine anyone doing a better job on my home. Most only do fully renovated kitchens. We scored tickets to the Cincinnati home remodeling expo in Sharonville. We spotted Cincinnati Kitchens and a someone was able to help us right away. Darin was our representative. He was very friendly and to the point/honest. The same week he was at our home giving us an estimate. The following week, we were at the office to pick out our tile. He was able and pick out the perfect tile for our kitchen. We picked the color dove grey of the Cento per Cento Series. Italian tile that needed to be special ordered. It took a little over a month but worth the wait. Darin was great with communication and following up with us. When the tiles came in, we scheduled and it took two days to complete. It was worth the wait! I'm in love with the backsplash. It glossy tiles pops! I would definitely use them again if I needed anything done in the kitchen. Reasonably priced.

We're definitely glad we found them because they did an amazing job and were well worth the price. Other companies would only remodel the entire kitchen, but we didn't want that much work, just a backsplash, and Cincinnati Kitchens was the only one willing to do just that. Darin, the representative we worked with, was super helpful and friendly. Within a week of meeting him at the expo, we met at the company's location to pick out our tile and grout. They had an absolute plethora of options to choose from. After much perusing, we chose dove grey tile and grout, which even Darin said would look great with the colors in our kitchen. It took a couple months to acquire the tile, since it was being imported from Italy, but Darin made sure we knew before we committed to it, and kept us informed every step of the way. He only asked for 50% of the job cost up front, the other 50% after the job was done, and the total cost was $3,000. The guy who came to install it was definitely skilled at what he does. It took two days to complete; one day to put up the tile, and one day to do the grout, and the finished job looked nothing short of perfect. It was everything we hoped for and more. Cincinnati Kitchens was definitely a great find for my lady and I. We were completely satisfied with the entire experience, from beginning to end, so we adamantly recommend them for their work.
