He was clear about the problem, explained it well and knew his stuff. In spite of the issues and awkwardness of our current plumbing, Andre did not give up and persevered with the blockage (between the bath and the sink) until it was finally resolved. Smoothest, quickest and best experience with Johns sewer…read more My kitchen drain backed up and was recommended by family to reach out to johns sewer. I reached out via yelp messenger and got a response within the hour and they dispatched at technician over within 2 hours. The technician arrived Joey, and was professional and courteous. He identified the blockage and setup some tarps around the sink area to minimize dirt. He snaked the drain very thoroughly and resolved the blockage. Joey was chill whole time, explained some of the possible root causes behind blockage and preventative measures. The flat fee was way cheaper than the ridiculous profit charged by roto rooter last time. Will definitely use john sewes for future plumbing work.
