Adam looked at our air conditioner and immediately identified the problem, explained it and took care of everything. He wore foot protection and cleaned up everything. My husband and I had a horrible winter last year with our old oil company. We had a new baby and it was stressful to say the least. We had to make countless calls to get the tank filled and it always came down to the wire before a storm. We also had issues with hot water all winter and the other company essentially told us to "turn the temperature dial" on the burner and charged us $300 for this courtesy. Monday night we had NO hot water at all. Medway Oil came right over, diagnosed the issue and had a repairman there the next morning. The hot water is fixed and one less thing we need to worry about this winter. I feel so much better with Medway Oil as our company now...

The work we had him do involved re-fitting some radiator pipes for a new radiator, installing a Slantfin 30 radiator, removing a cast iron radiator, and capping off some un-used branches from our HW heating system. Chris came, gave us an estimate of the level of effort and worked with us as had some project hiccups and scheduling issues we encountered. I appreciate that the whole time Chris was very honest about how much time parts of the job would take, what his rate was and how he passed on materials costs. I always take it as a good sign when a contractor is very honest and communicative - two things Chris excels at. He showed up on time, ready to work and worked steadily. After he was finished with the radiator install, he fired up the boiler and helped us bleed the air out of the system, taking his time to ensure the boiler filled properly, fired up, and started to heat our home. He also wanted to test the radiator he had installed for us to ensure that most of all, his work was done correctly. I appreciated his attention to detail and willingness to stick around and ensure the job was done correctly. Overall, we found Chris to be an awesome guy, and a reliable and knowledgable plumber. I remembered Landry had serviced our gas furnace and checked their web site to see if they also did gas water heaters and discovered they offer a whole range of services I wasn't even aware of. I called Landry about 8:30 in the morning and the scheduler said they could have someone there by noon. They beat that estimate - I got a call from the technician who said they were on their way and would be there about 10:15, less than 2 hours after I called. They first assessed the situation, had a lengthy discussion with my husband (a retired contractor) who had lots of questions, all of which were answered thoroughly and to his satisfaction. When it was determined a replacement was necessary - no patching or temporary fix - they had the same model on the site within the hour. The work was prompt, clean, and met my husband's stringent standards. Now that we know they also provide full electrical services, we will be calling them to add an electric panel to our rental property. The appliance company left us with an actively leaking water line and a broken discharge line into our sink. I called Rodenhiser the next morning at 7:30 and was greeted by a great lady. Rodenhiser had someone at our house within 3 hrs. They explained the issues and cost, we agreed, and they fixed everything. All set by 1:00 in the afternoon. We have used these folks 2 other times - all very good experiences. Not the low cost provider but totally worth it!
