I had a very unique situation- I am a remote investor based in CA looking to buy a home in Chicago. To make matters more complicated, I was in Asia for the entirety of the 2 month buying period. From initial contact to closing, Jared handled EVERYTHING for me because I was remote, and always with a smile. I trusted him 100% to always give me the truth and treat the purchase as though it was his own home that he was buying. In the end, we managed to beat an all cash offer that was higher because Jared built a fantastic rapport with the seller's agent. The fact that we won was 100% due to him, I have no shadow of a doubt in my mind of this.
