I never write reviews but I thought this might help anyone thinking of buying a house but haven't tried for whatever reason. It's important to pick someone that knows the industry and know what they're talking about when deciding on who to use for your mortgage needs. My husband and I decided to start our home search in January and after finding some very unscrupulous people, we found Ryan Klaic at Smart Mortgage Centers. He was more than helpful and went above and beyond to help us make our dream of owning a home come true. After having the absolute worst realtor on the planet and we were ready to give up. We decided to stick with Ryan and handle the home search ourselves. After finding a house we loved and the sellers accepting our offer, Ryan stepped up and helped us get into our home. Our credit was less than perfect, honestly it was in pretty rough shape, but Ryan worked daily to make sure he found us the best and most reasonable interest rate and mortgage payment and never gave up. When our closing date was pushed and we were close to having no where to go, our lease was almost up, Ryan worked late into the night (probably several nights) and did everything possible to push things through and we were able to close within a few days. When I thought it wasn't going to happen he said to me, I just need you to trust me. If you're like me that's nearly impossible to do, but I put my faith in him and he never let us down. If you're looking for someone who will not only answer any question you have, believe me I had a few, but who will also work tirelessly for you and never give up, Ryan is the man! He is knowledgeable and personable. He's someone who is amazing at what he does and is an all around genuine person who cares about who he helps, the effort he puts in is proof of that. We recently did a refinance with Jon B, and could not be more pleased. We handled everything via email and a couple phone calls. All my questions and concerns were addressed by Jom immediately and he kept us fully informed on the progress of our loan. This was the easiest loan process I have ever gone through, and Jon even arranged closing to take place in our home at a time that was convenient for us. The entire process was about three weeks from application to approval and closing.
