We were struggling with a previous agent, who was highly regarded, yet was unable to initially rent our property after 4 months and sell our property after 3 months. We began looking for another agent, came across Matt through online reviews, and interviewed him. We were sold immediately, and he sold our house in less than 48 hours! There are pros and there are all stars; The Matt Laricy Group is composed of all stars. By the time we contacted Matt, it was late September so we were fearful we may not be able to sell the property during the winter months in Chicago. He coordinated very efficiently with staging and 3D visualization vendors to list the place quickly. My Fiancé and I just purchased our first condo in River North. We had a short timeline to look before leases were up and we were both very busy with job changes. We truly believe we would not have been successful without Matt. We ended up going under contract less than 48 hours after the property was listed on MLS. Matt was easy to communicate with when we had questions or inquiries into a property. His knowledge about Chicago neighborhoods and buildings (i.e. special assessments, association issues) saved us lots of valuable time.
